I cannot recommend VacTech enough. This is the second time I’ve used them, and once again they absolutely knocked it out of the park.

They came in, got straight to work, and were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing—especially when it comes to pet odor and pet stain removal, which is not an easy task. My carpets look and smell completely refreshed.

Christian was the technician this time and he was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency and quality twice in a row.

If you’re even thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, just call VacTech. Seriously.

I work in property management and have had the pleasure of working with Chris and his team here at VacTech. He is very clear with his scheduling, communication, and follow through. This company is a 10/10 for me! Their carpet cleaning is consistent and great work. They also do pet treatments and carpet repairs as needed. I am happy to have came across VacTech, we plan on using them for the foreseeable future.

These guys were fantastic! They were very punctual and informative when it came to age of carpets, types, future issues, and how to treat stains. When they left, we were thoroughly impressed with how our carpets looked.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used!! They have cleaned my carpets (both area rugs and carpeting) and do such a wonderful job! I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Great experience working with them getting sections of my carpet replaced! Chris was very quick to reply to my texts, the quality of the repair looks great, and it was affordable.

Having 2 dogs, 2 cats and my constant inability to remember to take my shoes off when I come inside from working in the greasy shop really took a toll on our carpets over the last 3 years.

Chris made quick work of the numerous stains in our carpet and stairway! It looks exactly as nice as the day we had it installed. We are beyond pleased!
