Great company with great morals

Great work done on our mil's ac!

Inefficient techs. Misdiagnosed problem and suggested unnecessary parts. Very poor company to do business with.

If I could give this company minus stars I would . Absolute worst customer service AND heat pump service . DO NOT work with this company. They “repaired” our heat pump last winter . It made terrible sounds afterwards so we called and they assured us that was normal , along with the fact that the unit kept icing up all winter . Fast forward to these hot days and our air conditioner isn’t working. We had a 2nd company come look at it - told us it was installed incorrectly and to call ACI to fix it . (Love how they didn’t try to take our $$.) Well ACI refuses to help or honor their work . So we called that 2nd company to fix it .
