These people were wonderful. When our furnace stopped working it took a couple of months for us to get the money together to replace it. When we finally got the money so that we could get scheduled it was going to be the end of November. My concern was it was starting to get cold. With end a couple of days of getting scheduled we received a call from them telling us that the customers that were scheduled head of us had working furnaces and where willing to move there dates so we could have heat.We had our furnace with in a few dates. The guys who in stalled it were polite, had allot of knowledge about the product. They made sure that i new how to work the new thermostat up on leaving and thank me for the opportunity to serve me. I will always refer people to this company. YOU ROCK.

I discovered I had a very unusual furnace in one of my rental properties. I had sent in my reg HVAC company and they couldn't help me. They recommenced Aire Serv.
It was late Saturday afternoon when I was able to get a hold of them. The technician showed up at 8 pm that night, had to diagnosis the problem, call is parts provider to get then to open the building for parts and then make the repairs. He was there until midnight making sure my tenants had their heat restored.
This my friends is SERVICE!

Service person (Rob) performed a furnace system check in a professional manner. Explaining through the process of what he was checking. Discussed a possible refurbishment at a later date. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend to future customer.

A/C was not working very well at the outset of this horrible heat wave. I called them Monday a.m, and really did not expect they'd be able to get out same day but they did, and the tech quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was fast and professional and I was so grateful when the air got cooler inside. Actually we purchased both the AC (5 yrs ago) and furnace from them, too, and have been happy with quality and service. Pam

The tech who arrived called to see if he could come early which was great for me. He was polite and knowledgeable.

We love Aire Serv and would recommend purchasing the "Aire Serv Advantage Plan". It's a yearly maintenance plan that pays for itself if you should ever have an issue. We had Aire Serv come out and do a routine maintenance check on our AC in early June of 2021. In August of 2021, after a prolonged heat wave, we had a capacitor on our 14 year old AC unit go out. To be honest, I was prepared to hear the technician say we would need a whole new AC unit because of its age. Thank God Aire Serv employees are honest and have integrity and care about their customers. The Aire Serv Advantage Plan moved us to the front of the line and got us a priority pricing discount. The technician was at our home for a total of 15 minutes because he was able to diagnose the problem and replace the capacitor with stock he had on hand. We had cool clean air blowing within 15 min of his arrival! Thank you Aire Serv technician Martin Alvarez!

I was using a new home warranty for this service appointment due to no heat. I was very pleased with the fast response. In the past I had received resistance from some HVAC companies when a home warranty is involved. This was not the case with this company. Thanks for making this so easy.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the technician that came out were very understanding and helpful. The company was recommended by friends and I will be more than happy to do the same. When it comes time to replace our furnace, we will be calling them back.

We have been using air Serv for many years and have NEVER been dissatisfied. From the top down, they are professional , knowledgeable, timely, polite, honest and friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything related to HVAC or even installing a gas line for a fireplace or grill.

First time using this business. I was impressed by the professionalism and ease of my technician. Showed me everything that he was doing, gave tips for homeowner maintenance, and cleaned up when he was finished. My A/C condenser was leaking water through my furnace. Turned out to be a blockage in the condensation line. I also had the technician remove an old humidifier that was installed in my furnace, but had never been operational when I bought the home. After blocking the clog, updating the connection for my drip line, removing the humidifier, blocking off the holes from the humidifier and giving some great insight into my furnace the bill was very inexpensive. Oaid less than $300 to repair when I was worried I would need a whole new A/C condenser. I am having this company price out an entire filtration system replacement now (since my circa 2003 furnace has a terrible electric ozone style cleaner, and no traditional filters).
Based upon my experience with them, I highly recommend this company. As a realtor, I will recommended them to my clients as well.

We have used Aire Serv now for service twice and have had great experience with their personnel and with the work that they did. Very professional. We had them install new ducting in our attic for exhaust work we needed to have. The time before they came out and serviced our heat pump for our A/C and the owner himself took care of that one! It worked 10x better when he got done! Eric is so knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and his staff represented him well. We will use them again and have referred them repeatedly and have gotten good feedback from our friends and neighbors as well.

AC went out and they were very prompt to send out a tech the same day who did a thorough inspection which required obtaining a new part so couldn't do the repair that day but came the next day, completed the repair and Hooray it worked! Robert, the technician who came both days was very good at explaining the problem, the fix and recommendations for continued care of what we could do ourselves and what servicing we should get in the future. Was very happy in this hot hot weather to have a relatively quick fix.

Mark was awesome, professional , on time, efficient, polite, knows his business. Second time I used Aire Serve, first time they fixed my AC and other companies wanted to replace it, that was several years ago. Highly recommend!

I will never go anywhere else. I had mainstream come out to service my furnace for the sale of my home. Unfortunately they found out I needed some repairs. they told me they could put in a new relay and replace the wire that was bad for 517.00 but they could not Guarantee it would last. they told me it would most likely break within the week and that I needed to get a new furnace. I thought this was fishy. I called Aire Service of Spokane. They came out and looked at the furnace and he was able to fix it that day (within a couple of hours). They replaced all relay's, new wire, air filter and gave me a one year warranty on the work done. he also made sure the new thermostat we put in ourselves was done correct all for 499. Nice, friendly and honest did not try to push me to purchase a new furnace. Told me my furnace was aged but in good working condition. Amazing!!!!

Eric is incredibly knowledgeable & rather than trying to sell the most profitable product, gave us the best options for our particular situation. His service was quick, installation well done & he made sure everything was perfect. His team is skilled & professional. And a special shout out for the receptionist who makes you feel like you are the only customer that matters.

First of all when calling around to get our AC working I was told by multiple companies that it would be 2-6 weeks before they could be out. Aire Serv was able to fit me in, in 6 days. And not only that but the customer service rep was the only one from any company that gave me three things to check and try before having a service person out. She was very informative and helpful. I still had to have a repair person out. Jeremy was phenomenal. He was reasonable and even gave us recommendations that would save us money. I will always call Aire Serv. They are honest, reasonable and helpful.

Had a great experience with Aire Serve this morning. I called and got an appointment the next morning. Martin was very friendly and helpful. He was on time, and found issue pretty quickly with our AC and was able to fix. He also briefly explained what he was doing and how the system worked. We are excited to have a cool home on our next hot day. I recommend Aire Serve and ask for Martin!

Aire Serv of Spokane is A-MAZING. I had them replace the original boiler for heating my house and replace the slightly newer hot water tank. They were able to condense both units into one. I couldn't be more pleased with the out come and the hardworking the technicians put into the installation... Martin and Trevor were very professional, worked hard to keep their work space compact and tighty. Eric, the owner, did a grate job of helping me find the right fix and keeping me up to date on the progress of the install. I highly recommend them. I will be looking to have them install a mini split in the future. Thank you Aire Serv!
