John called ahead of his scheduled appointment to confirm. Showed up on time. Was professional. Explained what he would be doing with the furnace and ac inspection. For my home pre sale. When he was finished he showed his detailed report with pictures. He was very thorough and left me feeling comfortable about my furnace condition. Thank you so much

Wow! I am totally impressed by the Air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and furnace servicing provided by Chuck and Dominic at Sturm!! They both worked hard all day and did an excellent job at all of the tasks!!
They were friendly and personable. (Which I think is super important when you have workman in your home most of the day!)

Gerry and John F were so helpful! Had my HVAC system serviced, ducts cleaned and sanitized. My basement stairs were too narrow for their system, so they figured out another way in. My electrical system wasn't quite right to run their equipment, so they pulled out their generator. My furnace was super dirty, and they took the time to clean it out really thoroughly, and explained it all so I can take better care of the unit. Friendly, too! And for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend these guys.

We replaced our 20+ year gas furnace and hot water tank with Sturm. The installation was done very professionally, quickly and everything has gone very well. Sturm basically handled all the paperwork, so the whole process was very convenient. New tank and furnace work noticeably better. I recommend Sturm.

Had the best experience with Sturm! Had our vents and air ducts cleaned and furnace serviced and they did the most professional job! Our house was built in 1952 and I dont think it had ever been done. Dominic and John arrived right on time and went to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently, even while dealing with my nosey dogs trying to get their attention. The air quality in my house is so much better and my furnace is running smoothly, which is important during these winter months. Thank you Jeff, Dominic, and John F. You guys rock! Highly recommended!

Extremely professional organization starting w/Kip Elliot. We purchased a mini split and gas water heater last month. Kip met w/me last summer to look at opportunities to improve our energy efficiency. We have a historic south hill home and I have met w/other vendors who gave us quotes that were much higher w/similar specs. Kip is practical and honest. The installers were competent and very professional. The front office was also very professional. I will go back to Sturm to get a new furnace when ours dies.
I highly recommend calling Kip/Strum for a quote.

After getting a recommendation from another company to fix (for $5000) or replace ($12,000) my whole AC system, I called Sturm for a second opinion. Sturm correctly diagnosed, serviced, cleaned and got my AC working beautifully for around $500! Kip was honest and helpful. Cameron was great and answered all my questions. Calling Sturm first next time!

Cameron Reyes from Sturm serviced our gas fireplace, furnace and AC and he did a great job fixing things and explaining everything. I also appreciated his cleanliness using a drop cloth and vacuum. He was also efficient and professional.

When I have problems at home that are beyond my ability to resolve I always hope to find a competent, professional technician. Dave B.t from Sturm has to be one of the best. He had my HVAC problems diagnosed in under 15 minutes and things up and running within the hour on the hottest day of the year. It feels good to work with someone who is friendly and provides helpful advice that will help me use the system efficiently and avoid problems down the road. I don't know what else a person might expect. Well done.

You read reviews and you talk to your neighbors, I even went on Nextdoor for feed back. Hands down this company is great. When your furnace is struggling this is who you want. The heat exchanger went out. It was a 7 year old Goodman furnace. Sadly enough parts cannot be air freighted, they have to truck them in. It took awhile. The loaner space heaters got us through it. The office staff are great at keeping the customer in the know. My fire place was not working either, never used it. That part took 2 weeks to get. All in all I will use them again for my annual check and service.

Sturm sent Chuck out to fix our air conditioning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and came in at a great price compared to the other place we got a quote from. Well done! We are now cool again!

We hired Sturm to install a new gas furnace and air conditioner thru Kip our sales person. They were professional with their installation. The real reason I’m writing is to tell you how great they were two years after the sale. When they installed the exhaust for the high efficiency furnace, the placement caused an issue with my siding. This particular issue had had never happened before, but when they looked at it, they agreed it was their problem and at their expense, fixed the issue costing well over $1000.00 rather than pointing the finger somewhere else. This is the kind of company I want to work with, and why I would recommend Sturm to anyone looking for HVAC contractor.

I cannot say enough how impressed I’ve been with the service from Sturm. From the person answering the phone - yes a person, to the service tech everyone has been fabulous. They were very service oriented and way beyond fair with pricing. I called them on a very cold winter morning to get the heat working in my 92 year old mother’s home and they sent someone that same day. Unbelievable! I called them because we had been pleased with their service when they replaced our air conditioning and heating system. I can without reservation recommend their company.

I had installed new ductless air conditioning system in my very old house, all the installers were kind and courteous and very informative. They stopped all thru the day and explained everything thoroughly. I will use them again if the need arises. Also, the customer service is impressive and much appreciated. We enjoyed choosing the company and will recommend them completely and without hesitation.

Sturm provided excellent service. They have recently replaced both our central air conditioning system and furnace. As an example the technicians responded to my concerns about furnace intake airflow and made appropriate static pressure measurements. They then adjusted intake ventilation accordingly. At all stages of process communication was excellent. The entire Sturm Team was great to work with and the prices were fair and competitive.

Very pleased with the entire process of relocating my AC unit - from the quote, to the pre-work, to the final product. The technicians were great to work with and involved me in even the small aspects of the job that made the final product just what I was looking for. And - all done for a fare and reasonable price.

I wanted to try a new provider and went with Sturm. Their residential maintenance agreement was comparable in price to what I've been paying but with more perks. John F. came out on 5/27/25 to test our system and get it ready for summer. He was professional, on time and gave just the right amount of details.

Sturm Heating and Air Conditioning are a class act. Spokane Comfort Systems installed our unit a few years ago and have since merged with Sturm. We had some ongoing issues with our mini split system and Sturm did the right thing and stood behind the work of their new partner. We really appreciate the way they engaged honestly and, after getting all the facts, handled the situation in an equitable way!

We just had Sturm come out and do an install after getting many other quotes. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to negotiate on price when we told them about some lower price point quotes. They did a GREAT job on the install - super clean work, and nice guys. I would absolutely recommend.
