I had got a recommendation from a neighbor down the street after asking who she had used to trim up her shrubs.She had told me Four Seasons and about the two guys that worked for them..The guys names were Esteban and Alfons and they were amazing..They were here trimming our Arborviteas for 4 days in probably some of the hottest days we had experienced this summer..Their fortitude to stay focused with getting this job done was unreal..They were both pleasant to have around but most importantly they did an excellent job with the trimming and getting these shrubs down to reasonable size that are now manageable..I would give these guys and Four Seasons a high rating and use them again..Hands Down

We love Four Seasons. They are fast and efficient. They listen to us and needs...we aren't obligated to their schedule. We can create our own schedule of applications and they listen to specific needs/wants.

Olivia and her guys did some work for my grandma a few weeks ago, five stars. and loved seeing a hands on woman out there on the property.

2 guys from 4 seasons just left my house after aerating my moderately-sized lawn. They showed up on-time, had 2 guys on aerators, something I've never seen before they a great job and pulled some good-sized cores. Badda-Boom Badda Bing. I've used quite a few other places to aerate, more expensive too.

This was my experience with them today. Perhaps some of you had less-positive experiences. That said, I'd hire the again and recommend them to my friends.

I have used Four Seasons since 2013 and have always been happy with them. They do weekly mowing for me as well as fertilizer treatments. They have also did a $30,000 complete yard/curbing/plant/tree project in 2016 which turned out awesome. I highly recommend this company. Landon

This is my second year using Four Season. They are always prompt and do a great job. My lawn has looked much better than it has with previous services. If in the opinion of the mowers, it is unnecessary to mow, they ask if they may skip a week, thus saving me money! They are professionals, but reasonably priced.

This company is crooked I got a $1,200.00 bill for work that they never performed. I'm going to be filing fraud charges against them (fraud is a serious crime)
We had our house sprayed twice (the second time was because the first time didn't work)
So we canceled and haven't had them back since.
I went to home depot and picked up a bottle of home defense bug spray and haven't had a bug problem since. All of a sudden I get this outrageous bill for service that we never received. Amazing!

Last summer, 2018, a Four Seasons Landscaping employee came to my house a gave me his pitch on their landscaping services. The gentleman appeared to know what he was talking about and gained my attention. We walked around my house and he gave me some pointers and I ended up trying the service, knowing that I could cancel at any time, no contract, which I really liked. After a summer of great service and having the best lawn on my block, I'm still using them. I've added a photo of my lawn in May 2019, which they've serviced once so far. It looks awesome for just being May! Wait until summer really starts to kick in. Most of my neighbor's yards have dandelions galore and are still brown. Not mine. I highly recommend Four Seasons.

This is my first year with Four Seasons. They came out promptly and gave a very fair estimate. They have made my lawn look better than it has in years. Love the automatic service.

I was given a 50% off 1 item for my birthday and it expired 1 day after the month of my birthday and they would not let me use it. I won't go into another Four Seasons again. I feel that was wrong on their part. Its like they gave you something and took it back.

I am so very sad with the way I was treated by Teresa, I guess she is the Boss there. I had asked to STOP my services last year because of financial reasons & my Dotson got dizzy after being on lawn but could of been something else. The point is I did not say the word cancel ( so if you ever want to stop services make sure you say the word CANCEL and document the day and who you spoke with) so they put into their computer system that I just wanted to skip the rest of the year of lawn treatments. So when 2023 season rolled around they automatically came out and serviced my yard. I was not home, I did not confirm any email, or text & they serviced yard any how & charged me 122.00. I called the same day it happened , I said I did not authorize this & I stopped my service last year. The person who answered phone understood and said it was THEIR mistake don't worry about it. So then I received a bill for 122.08, I received an email reminder to pay bill so I called to explain the dilemma & how they said don't worry about it 5/19/2023. Teresa yelling at me not listening accused me of only wanting a free service, threatened so send me to collections! Yelling at me! I have never been treated so disrespectful by a company in my whole life! Horrible customer service. She hung up on me. I called back they let it go to voice mail. I called back and Carla answered and she listened had me wait for a minute while she spoke with someone." I was feeling in my heart that I would be ok paying %50 of the bill." I am not wanting anything FREE but I also know that those products they used on my yard cost money and I don't want to hurt anyone else financially. So Carla came back and she asked if I was open to paying %50 . I said I was thinking same thing so that is what I did. I had referred several people to them but I will not do that again. I do not want my friends treated so rudely, I will go with Living Water if I need services. Thank you Carla for having people skills and calming the storm because after I was hung up on by Teresa , I was livid thank you for working with me. Blessings have a great day. I am going to keep moving forward. UNFORTUNATLY I DID NOT GET AN APOLOGY but no worries.

Pricing themselves out of business. All they did was a truck spray and spread jumpstart. Left us a bill for over $400. We called and canceled our account and they didn’t even ask why we are leaving.

I used this company for over 10 years with wonderful results and even sent them many referrals over the years. Two years ago they changed to a different product and it ruined my lawn for the entire season. My lawn looked dry and burned no matter how much I watered. They even did additional free applications to fix the problem but it didn't help.. This year they came out and looked at the lawn and said they'd do free services until it was corrected. After the first application, my lawn got worse and on top of that they charged me. When I called the office, the rude secretary yelled at me that no one gets free services (like I was trying to scam them after all these years). I canceled having any services done, wrote a letter to the owner including pictures of the lawn and got absolutely no response. This once great company will never get a dime from me again.
