We had two sinks that wouldn't drain with obnoxious odors. Self help measures didn't help.
Ray from Top Dog came, got right to work and fixed everything quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will call them again if (when) we have future plumbing needs.

Our plumber, CJ was the best. Very pleased with how he handled our situation.
He’s responsible, respectful, professional. He kept us informed about his progress in the repair. Of note, CJ was also great at cleaning up his work area.

Ray, the technician was right on it and helped us get the kitchen back up and running.

Ray came out for the second time. He reinstalled a sink, toilet, and plugged the old shower drain. He is extremely knowledgable about his craft and is very professional and kind. I appreciate his help! I hope he gets to go to The Grain Shed at some time this summer!

Top dog is top dog I called a different plumbing company they showed up here at my facility and they told me that I needed to have all my piping changed that was the reason I had no hot water because the pipes were really old I called Top Dog they showed up they reevaluated and they found the real issue which was my pump was out and my hot water heater elements were old and really corroded they saved me a ton of money The other company wanted to rip out the piping bust open concrete and all that other expensive stuff. Janet the receptionist Great friendly and she really expedited the issue that I was having. Top dog will be the one call I make in the future you guys are great and I will always call you

Oh my, we can hardly find the words that express the gratitude we have for our plumbers that responded to our not one but two water pipe breaks and nearly a third, to which we decided a full replacement of system was necessary. Thank you to Tyler and Joe for your rapid response, being kind and professional and compassionate, to outstanding communication in explaining the work they needed to perform, transparency in costs while being mindful of budget, and timeliness of their arrivals--so very much appreciated! They worked tirelessly during the worst possible time to have a flood (the holidays), that took time from their families (thank you for their understanding); they were wonderful and set the bar as we won't use anyone else. You couldn't ask for a more compassionate and humorous duo--so needed during a very stressful time. Top Dog Plumbing of Spokane, WA was amazing when it came to quick response for our company. We had a plumbing leak in a bathroom, and within an hour of the call, we had a fantastic plumber from Top Dog out to the store. He knew exactly what he needed to do and was very professional while doing his job. Joe was our plumber for this, who is a very respectful employee. He opted for a more cost effective and quicker fix to try to minimize the impact to our business. When he was done, he found me and gave me his card. He asked that if this repair didn't fully fix our problem, to call him directly and he would be back for additional repairs. I appreciated his efforts to minimize the cost to me while keeping our plumbing operational. I did end up needing to call him back to do a more extensive repair. He quickly came back to our store, and within an hour had everything fixed and operating even better than what was there. He took the time to make sure it was done correctly and apologized for any impact to our business. There was no impact and he had it done very fast. Would recommend Top Dog for any and all plumbing needs. They treat customers the way customers want to be treated. Thank you Joe and Top Dog!!
