Ken and his wife were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, thorough, and incredibly kind. They cleaned our dryer vent and went above and beyond by going into the crawlspace, where they discovered the dryer hose had become disconnected. They reconnected it and made sure everything was working safely and properly. A few days later, Ken even followed up to ensure everything was still working well. That extra effort gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear they truly care about doing the job right. Their level of care and attention is rare these days.
