A++ the owner himself came out for an emergency call. Upstairs bathroom leaked to downstairs. Showed up about 1:15am and couldn't have been any nicer. They were nothing but amazing and put my nerves at ease!

Jesse took great care of us. When we recovered our stolen vehicle there was drug stuff everywhere. We took it to the pros. 5 stars

Lee came to my home the night I called! He wanted to get the fans going so the drying process could begin. He was amazing! Honest, thorough, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Jessie, Lawrence, Trevor, Mark, Alejandro, Carl, John, Javier, Lee and Angela surpass every angle of professionalism I have ever experienced. Most family members of mine are in some sort of construction and my demands were met graciously and quickly!.These men and woman are unbelievable, especially in today’s business market.

PS They all listened and supported me through the devastating fire/ cleaning/ remodeling stages. THAT IS HUGE! Thank you all.

Mark and Jesse were awesome and their customer service is outstanding. They explained the process and found out why we had leaking and came up with a plan. Very nice guys. These guys are really about the business and to help solve problems and to them they care. It’s not just a job for them and you can tell.

Professional. Responsive. Patient. Thorough. Competent. And have done a really good job. All of this and more from PuroClean. When our home flooded,Jesse MacRae from PuroClean and his right hand Lawrence came out-right away. They quickly assessed the situation. Jesse assured us that he would take care of us-and he did. Besides the immediate, and necessary issues of water mitigation, dry out, and mold containment/removal; he handled the task of arranging and coordinating the teams of people that need to be involved for pack out, drying, and storage of material and equipment. He researched the expensive equipment and extensive materials he was dealing with in our home so that he and his team were able to handle the situation correctly and we could be confident. He worked closely with the insurance company and adjustors to ensure that all went smoothly.
I think also what is important, he recognized that the situation was very stressful for us-and causing health concerns for me. He did his absolute best to make sure that things were handled in such a way as to mitigate these as much as possible for us.
Lawrence,-his right hand man-is just an incredibly hard working person. He was efficient and quick; removing flooring and debris-(not an easy task), cleaning up, managing (and explaining) the fans and heaters, taking notes and pictures for record keeping. He always assured us that all would be well, and they would take care of the situation.
Mark and Trevor are also a part of this team. Hard working, polite, and friendly. They are both an asset to the team as a whole.
Bottom line. I can’t imagine what people must go through when there is a really terrible emergency with great loss; -a storm-or a large fire. BUT, I do know that Jesse and his team are first rate and most of all, trustworthy. I would want them and PuroClean then. Which to me, says a lot.

Jesse, Mark, Alejandro and Carl came out to help with a water leak in our kitchen. There was damage to the subfloor and cabinets and they came out same day with all the necessary drying equipment and made the process seamless and as stress-free as possible given the circumstances. We really appreciated the transparency, urgency and assistance and they were all so friendly and professional. Thank you again! Lifesavers!

My water heater recently broke at our house and leaked all over our basement, damaging our carpet, baseboards and some drywall. After contacting our insurance company, Puroclean was recommended to come out to do an initial inspection and assess the damage.

Jesse was assigned to my property and from the very beginning provided us with an A+ customer experience. He was very thorough and provided us with peace of mind that they will do everything to ensure no further water damage and mold growth.

After the assessment, he provided us with next steps and what to expect over the next few days from Puroclean. He also did a great job texting us to check in and that he would do his part to provide our insurance company with the appropriate documentations.

I would highly recommend their services.

A water pipe burst damaging our carpet, After contacting our insurance company, Puroclean was recommended to come out to do an initial inspection and mitigation on a Friday afternoon before a holiday Weekend, (Murphy’s Law) Jesse and Lawrence arrived 1 ½ hrs after I had talked to their dispatch. They quickly came up with a plan to start drying the flooded areas and measuring moisture in Carpet, Baseboards & Drywall and assess the damage.

In the days following Jesse and crew members stayed in touch by text (Mark, Trevor, Lee & Brian) made “next steps” planning with the tenant and my self in drying out the living area & the crawl space then preventively treating the area in crawl space for any mold growth.

The Puroclean crew were very professional and made this process with the insurance company go as smooth as possible with the appropriate documentation to make the home “whole again”

I would not hesitate to recommend PuroClean Northwest – Tacoma service to a friend.

They are professional, respectful of the property, knowledgeable of what they’re doing and explaining to me every step of the way. They are transparent of what’s the issue that needs to be addressed and the team lead (Stephen/Steven) if I remembered his name correctly is very friendly, honest, dedicated to his work and earnestly shared his recommendations with me. We had an AWFUL issue with sewer back up in our basement. Bob, JT and the rest of the crew not only took care of the issue in a timely manner, they gave us the best customer service we have ever had. So very thankful for this team!!

They were professional, friendly, on-time, knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job at communicating to us how the restoration job was progressing at each stage. The team of Bob Jordon, Chris & Greg were absolutely fabulous. We had a 1500 square foot basement with 6” of water. Bob and team, in 2 weeks had the basement dried out, cut out, and ready for our contractor. Bob has all the “contacts” one needs to make this all happen. Bob is the guy to call for all emergencies. We were so lucky to have found the PuroClean team!

John was always available to answer our questions and provide information regarding the project. He was excellent to work with and did a great job for us. We were able to reach John directly by phone and on the rate occasion he didn’t answer, he was quick to return the call. After enduring a hardship due to the damage of our home, John and the PuroClean team helped to alleviate the stress during a challenging situation. We highly recommend PuroClean.
