Passler Homes and Remodel completed a basement remodel project for us, transforming and unfinished basement into a fully finished rec room. The work was exceptional; fine finishes and custom built-ins. The project was completed on time and on budget. I would hire them again and highly recommend!

I hired Simon to bulid a fence on my property. He did amazing, high quality work, in a timely manner. I recommend him, he will not disappoint.

Simon is a very smart any talented wood worker. He has the ability to see the completed project from talking points, to paper to final completion. He built custom shelving, custom made cabinets, built on electric fireplace, beautiful recessed built in flat screen.
He has an eye for detail, doesn't stop until it is perfect. I felt comfortable during the entire process knowing I was in good hands from start to finish. Super to work with.

We hired Simon a few years back to finish our basement. We initially wanted to move a garage wall to open up the space, but Simon took the time to show us the potential of the space, to help us design it, and to make it all happen. He was respectful, welcoming to our ideas, and always transparent about the cost. We have since tried to get him back for other projects around our house, but he’s been busy finessing his craft through jobs with other contractors. I would 1000% recommend him for your projects too!!

We hired Simon to fix the cracking tile floor in our bathroom. It ended up being a larger job than any of us expected given the extensive issues with the prior owner's work. Simon was very patient as we decided the extent of the remodel we were comfortable with and came back with an excellent price. He kept us informed every step of the way and gave us plenty of time to make decisions. When we needed to have electrical and plumbing work done, Simon brought in great recommendations for people charging very reasonable prices. He installed a highly recommended waterproofing system and reinstalling tile to all the walls and floor of the shower. We are very grateful to have met Simon and know his quality work will last us years to come. I know that if we have remodel projects in our home in the future, we plan to use Simon.

I hired Simon to build a custom entertainment center in my family room. I had an idea of what I liked and didn’t like but Simon really helped walk me through some of the best options based on the space I have and the storage I wanted. He helped me to both modernize the space but also respect and maintain the century-home charm. He was so patient and helpful. While he was here working, he was always very clean and courteous. I get so many compliments on the built-in entertainment center. It’s truly gorgeous. Simon’s pricing was more than fair, especially considering the super high quality of the work and the custom construction. I recommend him to my friends and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
