Joy Inc worked with us to stay within our budget after the contractor we originally hired was unable to do so. Joy Inc started the work promptly and they were very flexible in accommodating our preferences and requests. Their work was excellent and this was one of our best experiences with a contractor ever.

I am just starting out with JOY Inc. and we are working with Marshall. It has been an incredible experience from the very start. My inquiry on the website was responded to promptly (even during the holiday season!) and Marshall has been in touch and communicating with us very well. We are dealing with a homeowner's claim and he is helping us coordinate with insurance. Bids came back quickly and Marshall is going above and beyond for us.
