Just to be clear on a few of these reviews, Ceccanti Inc and Brookdale Townhomes are 2 different companies. If you wanted to leave a review for Brookdale Townhomes do it on there website not Ceccanti, Inc. Ceccanti, Inc is a construction company not a leasing agency for Brookdale Townhomes.

Service trucks are not allowed in the fast lane doing 85 on i-5.

Watch out for these guys, they are not straight up. Very unprofessional company

Don't let them pave your town. This company is a joke. Just take a drive threw belfair and watch how many are standing doing nothing.

Watch yourself when behind their trucks I had one dump a bunch of baseball size rocks on car on highway 101.

130 in the afternoon and they are packed up and going home. Talk about dragging out a state contract to milk every tax dollar possible A 6 month job dragging to 2 years

These guys are killing local businesses in belfair. I understand the project has to be done but someone has to communicate with local businesses and let them know when they are going to blocking driveways and doing lane closures in front of there business. Disgusting.

AWFUL Landlord....She is suing me for over 5k in damages I did not do. She is a liar - And sues for sport - Am pretty sure it's for the plastic surgery she constantly gets - She's a sick, twisted person....DO NOT RENT FROM HER.....She sues EVERYONE that rents from her....Is how she makes her money.....Can you say "Sheisty"!! RUN VERY FAST AND VERY FAR.....

Ceccanti Inc owns the Brookdale Townhomes, which Darci Ceccanti is the manager / owner of the houses. If you are wanting to move into the town homes DO NOT DO IT! Darci cheats and will steal every penny that you put down in the house. When we moved in she pre-filled the move in check list which we as the tenants were to do, not her. When we moved out she hired a cleaning lady to come in and do the close out. Her painter gives us the paint to touch up the walls and yet its not the same color of paint. Plus they did a horrible job changing the white colors that were first in there anyway. Half was the color that we were given while the other half was the old color. Then she sends us a letter telling us she is charging us to paint the ENTIRE HOUSE for $1200.00. The carpet has cigarette burn marks and we inform her of it and she tells us that we did not keep the carpet in the good condition. Normal wear and tear guys!

She will charge you for EVERY little nail hole, ding, scratch, mark or anything! Everything that is normal wear and tear on the house she will charge you. She is very unprofessional. You inform her about the problems that the house is in and she tells you that she will call someone to fix it and never does. People also steal mail in the area and you mention that to her and she won't put keyed mailboxes in. I would not recommend this company to anyone! She expects you to be able to climb 11 feet to change lightbulbs... I can go on and on about the horrible experience of the Brookdale town homes / Ceccanti INC business. Please, steer clear from the homes... if you are seriously thinking of renting from her at the Brookdale Townhomes, ask the neighbors across the streets and they will tell you that what I have written is not a lie.

To make it worse mostly it is military that rents from her... don't do it.

Their work represents the low ball bid that they submitted to the county. The company seems unprofessional, seemly unsafe, and unexperienced. Living in such a close proximity of their work site I have a first hand experience of how this company operates. No public regard. I am a department of transportation employee, a tax payer, and an unhappy residence caught in the cross fire of this companies work.

They are located in the middle of a neighborhood and start work well before quiet hours end. My home is right against their lot and every day I'm woken up by endless vehicle reverse alarms and house-shaking booms from their equipment starting as early as 5am sometimes.

Really unprofessional company that doesn’t seem to care about the impact they’re having on the traffic in the area. The crew I’ve had trouble with in particular is the one rebuilding the railroad bridge on mason lake road for nearly an entire year.

Half the time I’m stopped by flaggers, 90% of the crew are either standing around talking, or are on their phones. It’s disappointing to see how long this is taking because of the lack of people actually working on the job.

I've seen caltrans in calif who is notorious for taking forever on a project work faster than this company, the highway leading to Aberdeen has been a mess for 2 years now as these clowns try to make a career out of this project

Waste of tax dollars.. They draw out projects to collect more money. Hwy 8, yea they started the work, left, cake back, left, came back for a few hours, left. DOT needs to stop awarding these clowns contracts. That hwy 8 project going to aberdeen was done 6 months ago. Take your cones and open the freeway.
