Alex and Probuild are just wrapping up their second T.I. Project for me. His team was on time, professional, very responsive and did a great job. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Alex with ProBuild is top notch. In a world where quality service is becoming rare, ProBuild brings it back full force. I have hired Alex and his crew many times for ez patch work to full tearouts and rebuilds. I always know the communication and performance will be stellar as well as the final product. PB get my business everytime. Keep up the good work fellas!!

I recently entrusted Alex and Pro Build Construction with building my Hospital in Tacoma, and let me tell you, they absolutely nailed it. From the get-go, their team displayed an understanding exactly what I needed, offering invaluable advice that genuinely elevated the design and overall vibe of the Hospital. Budget considerations? They had me covered. Whether I was looking to save or spend, they consistently brought stellar and cost-effective ideas to the table. One of the standout moments for me was when they seamlessly stepped in to recommend an outstanding cabinet vendor, saving me a lot of hassle. The punctuality they exhibited was commendable. They gave their word on a completion date, and they met it without a hitch. And the communication? Top-tier. I felt involved and informed throughout the entire process. Now that everything’s said and done, I’m basking in the glow of endless compliments on hospital design and build quality. If anyone’s in the market for construction work, I wholeheartedly vouch for ProBuild Construction. Their blend of professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth made the entire experience a joy. Massive thanks to their team!

The property I managed used Probuild Construction for the last year for CapEx projects. I would highly recommend them. Alex and his team have been very responsive, reliable and responsible. They helped us with DSHS and DOH compliance, City permits, fixing other contractors poor workmanship, just to name a few. They had a crew on site that also helped with building emergencies. Their professionalism is exceptional, working in a vulnerable population, they took extra time and care with projects around our clients. I can’t say enough about this company, they are honest and very hard workers, and have excellent attention to detail, you will not be disappointed.

Alex and his crew are amazing hard workers, their planning process is very organized, he utilizes great templates on how the space will look remodeled, also priced normally below most contractors, he became my main general contractor for all work throughout my properties. I would highly recommend probuild construction to be your next choice.

I've used Alex several times at a few different apartment communities I've managed for large and small scale projects. My Portfolio Manager and I were so impressed with ProBuild's work, they have now become one of my employers "go to contractors" which is no small feat, since the management company oversees over 130 buildings in Washington. I recommend them every single time an issue comes up that needs a General Contractor!

I initially contracted with ProBuilders for a one-time refurbishment of a small apartment in a commercial setting. However, their work was excellent quality and I was able to recommend them to our company for multiple projects located throughout northwest and northeast Washington.
Probuild was extremely responsive and completed massive multiple-unit turnovers located in multiple areas.
The owner, Alex Rodriguez, has an eye for detail, an excellent understanding of current trends for materials and color/design trends—along with stellar communication skills. Whenever there were barriers—Alex was always flexible and able to help the team get to solutions.
I highly recommend ProBuild for any private or commercial projects, and will continue to engage ProBuild’s services for any future projects. 5/5 stars.

We are very happy with the design and our customers comment on the clean and outstanding look of the restaurant all the time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex and the team from Pro Build for an animal hospital construction project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations.

One of the standout aspects of my experience with Pro Build was their assistance in selecting the right materials for my project. They took the time to understand my needs and budget, and their recommendations were spot on. Not only did they ensure that the materials used were of high quality, but they also helped me find cost-efficient options that saved me money without compromising on the project's integrity.

Thank you for your exceptional work!

We hired ProBuild for a large scare renovation of an apartment clubhouse. Alex, the owner, was on site regularly to oversee the project. He was always quick to respond, communicative through the process, provided helpful suggestions to save costs during the planning and design phase, and completed the work on time, per the drawings, and within budget. His team quickly finished any remaining punch list items.

During the process, they cordoned off areas they were working in to keep dust away from open areas and never left the job site messy. We have and will continue to use ProBuild.

Alex and his team at ProBuild did an incredible job on my restaurant remodel. The craftsmanship was excellent, communication was consistent, and they remained transparent and professional from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend ProBuild to anyone considering a project in Seattle.

I've known Alex, the owner of Pro Build Construction, for almost a year now, and he has already worked on three of my gyms. Alex is super reliable and always available for a call. He takes personal pride in each project and ensures they stick to the timeline.

One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.

Overall, I am super happy with Pro Build Construction, and they will always be my go-to general contractor for any commercial projects!

Update 12/31/25: following a major project at the KOMO Plaza (June 2025- demo and full buildout of a gym), Alex and his team has been on top of closing the loops on smaller tasks. They're easily reachable for any repairs or maintenance issues. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully taken care of.
