What made this a great experience? There is no one thing. From the rep / planner Scott Park & the switchboard operators like Amber, to office people like Courtney, and our repairman AJ & the whole install crew of Jeremy, Rich, & the other young man whose name I am spacing: ALL have been fabulous, on the ball, professional, while also being very personable & maintaining the human connection.

The quotes for everything I asked for were thorough; there was no upsell or pushing at any time; appointments made fast; the work was done quickly, efficiently, & thoroughly.

WE were asked at multiple times throughout the planning & the working processes if we had questions. At no time were we talked down to, and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Seriously, all the crews we worked with were absolutely the best. I highly and thoroughly recommend the company and their workmanship.

We had been without heat for weeks during the coldest stretch of the year and were honestly at our wits’ end. Simon came out, quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, and had everything up and running again the very same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit—he even took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.
It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise. Simon turned a stressful, freezing situation into a huge relief. We are so grateful and will absolutely be calling Mercurio’s (and specifically asking for Simon!) for any future HVAC needs. Highly, highly recommend!

Outstanding installation! Boys completed task quickly with no issues.operational
tests completed. They swapped out a replacement furnace on Veteran’s day.

Needed duct clean and sanitize after bathroom flooding. Jesus came out and made it all work. Extremely polite, careful and kind. He also repaired a separated dryer vent, and has a true heart for service

Our smoke detectors finally bit the dust after 13 years. We had no idea who to call and neither did anyone we asked. So we ended up calling Mercurios. Ed came out and did an assessment and gave us a quote and it was a done deal. We scheduled the install, Ed showed up on time and do a super quick job. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks tons.

Inspected some minor leaking from aging heater. Found some accumulation of wall mold and recommended me to a company to access the extent of the mold issue. In the meantime remedied the dripping to my satisfaction. I have found the technicians from this company who service me to be truly helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

We ELven ELderly's had No heater or fireplace action for awhile ..... our old heater ran it's course (20yrs)!!! Then finding A heating company Accommodating Scott was an Angel to our HVAC Needs.... Mercurios is a class act. Had them install a new furnace and heat pump. They show up on time. They’re always communicating when they’ll be at your residence, from the estimate through job completion. Their techs Jeremy, Mason, Rich and Tegan did an awesome job. Patient, took time to explain what they were doing and were transparent about their products and craft. What stands out to me however, is the detail. Wearing booties when entering your house. Using covers to hide outdoor refrigerant lines. Careful sweeping and inspecting of my garage floor for screws and nails. Competitive bid too. I was impressed.

Mercurios replaced our failed HVAC system today. The guys were all great and did a fantastic job. Of course getting a new system wasn’t expected or cheap but everyone from their sales guy Tony to the install crew Max and Eric made the entire experience as pain free as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC replacement or service .

We had a window of 12-5pm for an appt. Kevin showed just after 12:00pm which i appriciate not having to sit and wonder for 4-5 hours when will they show. Kevin explained my options clearly and we are taking the next step to fix our issue. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or repair.

Fast, next-day service was greatly appreciated. Tyler, our HVAC tech, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He fixed the issue quickly and shared helpful information about our system and the maintenance services Mercurio’s offers. Thanks a bunch for keeping us warm this winter!

My basement bathroom shower and toilet were backed up. David S. showed up same day, and was quick and thorough. Scoped my whole drain from toilet to Tacoma sewer line and explained the whole thing to me. And he was super nice! This was my second time using Mercurio’s, the other time my furnace went out. Same thing- super nice guy, very thorough and fast, took time to explain stuff. I loved it. These are the guys I call from now on without a doubt.

Jayden was great. He thoroughly communicated what was needed and was very patient during his visit while I hectically tried to figure out how to unlock a door in the rain. Really appreciate his laid back manner and how quickly the job was done.

I absolutely love everyone that is ever come to the house to do any work for us. All of them are very nice very professional and very courteous. Did have some rough spots with office personnel, but discussed with the operations manager, Angie White and all seems to be completely resolved now. Very much looking forward to continuing to do business with Mercurio’s in the future!

We chose Mercurio's for our HVAC purchase and install a few years back and continue to take advantage of their maintenence plan.

Joey performed our annual service this year and it was a great experience. He was approachable and polite, thorough in his inspection and maintenance and respectful of our space.

I had a visit today from mercurio's Kevin was my technician he was awesome took care of everything, talk to me about my unit and recommended replacement because it's 24 years old. I've been with this company and the previous company for about 30 years. I can't say enough they've made me very happy and they look out for me.

I scheduled an appointment last month to have a Cadet wall heater and thermostat control replaced and your service was excellent! The technician was wonderful, communicated well and was here on time and got the job done right! Excellent customer service and a technician (electrician?) who knew what he was doing! Thank you!

I had an outstanding and amazing costumer service experience with Joshua today!! He explained everything throughly with me while servicing my unit, letting me know his findings of possibly equipment needed to keep my heating system functioning as a well oil systems! He was very professional and a caring and compassionate attitude!! I really appreciate Joshua coming out today!! Kyle Brown and his assistant Max, were very thorough, friendly and professional. They finished the job in one day. Donny also showed up to do the hard job of getting between the rafters in the underground space to take out old AC lines put in new refrigerant lines for heat pump and another Kyle, an electrician, hooked up electricity and had to get in to tight space too. Kyle Brown explained what was going on throughout the process. It was great team work! My husband and I highly recommend and appreciate the Mercurio’s team including Joe who gave us the bid. We are super happy with our new Bosch heat pump!

I love Mercurios. They sold us an air-handler and heat pump in 2024. They were awesome! The team showed up and were very professional and friendly, and set an accurate expectation for the work to be completed. Jesse came over to our house yesterday, 10/13/2025, for our annual inspection and he was fantastic. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He made me feel like I was his only customer that day. It is obvious to me that Mercurio's takes the customer service portion of their business very seriously! Thank you for a job well done!

Andre was very professional and friendly. He double checked everything out and let us know how our system was running. He was knowledgeable about extending our membership with Mercurios and we were quickly able to sign up and continue our great experiences. Next time we need services we will definitely ask for Andre.
