Isaiah and his team were professional, communicative and provided very high quality service. We would recommend this company to anyone in need is roof and gutter cleaning. Top level company.

We essentially had a new roof, with shingles especially treated with material that helped to prevent moss and other crud assembling on them, so I thought we were good to go w/those types of issues.

Now....prior to this year I did all of the roof cleaning myself, using a blower during sunny days and was able to keep a handle on the crud that came mainly from the 75+ year-old Doug Firs to the South of our property.

Howmsoever, recently I have been having some balance issues....comes w/being 76+ years old. So....I decided this year to get somebody else to do the work, especially since we had a butt-load of stuff to be removed.....no cleaning for 9 months or so.

I settled on Precision Pro Wash of Tacoma because of their ratings on Angie....glad I did because Isaiah & Robert exceeded my expectations...absolutomundo !!

They did everything I expected, and more....to the point of perfection. That's a hard level to achieve for ANY company for WHATEVER kind of work, BUT THEY DID.

Besides doing everything I wanted (i.e., get rid of the multitudinous amounts of debris along w/the moss and algae...surprise!; clean the skylite windows; and remove the crud from the outside of our gutters) they also made sure our gutter system was functional....much better than Leaf Guard has EVER done.

So...even though the price was higher than I expected (i.e., $800+) we got everything done that we wanted & more !!

To wit....if you want a job done thoroughly and extremely well...get in touch w/Isaiah, the owner, and he and his people will absolutley make things good for your roof....by the way, they do other services as well....EKC

PS.....Isaiah is very personable, honest, and easy to work with. By the way, I listened to his communication w/his helper, Robert....very relaxed, no-condesention, praise-worthy...all of the signs of an exceptional "leader". Having been in the military for 20 years...retiring as a Warrant Officer...it was extremely refreshing to see this in a young man, especially as a company owner and worker.

I thought when I called Precision Pro Wash Tacoma they'd just be another company I call once for a specific service, but in the end they did so much more! They not only power washed my driveway, but Isaiah also soft washed my entire house. I was a little worried that it'd be super expensive, but Isaiah gave me an affordable package and was very professional and friendly the entire time. I will definitely hire them again!

Precision Pro Wash did an excellent job cleaning our roof, windows and driveway They were prompt, friendly, and eager to answer my questions. They provided one of the best roof cleaning services we ever purchased.

Special thanks to Isaiah and his partner for servicing our roof! I was pulling into my driveway when I saw them working on my neighbor's roof. I ran over to ask for a business card and they offered to do same day appointment! They were prompt and did a spectacular job on our roof and also brightened our gutters. They also did a marvelous job on our driveway amd cleaned the moss off it. Thank you so much! My driveway looks brand new again! Unfortunately the max I can give are 5 stars but they deserve 10! I'll definitely use them again in the future!

Showed up on time, had a breakdown of all the work to be done, provided before and after pictures. Overall a great experience and would be happy to call them back for any future work.

Isaiah's professionalism is very evident. Had roof, chimney, house "soft" washed and decks done. What a change! Was amazed as to the improvement it did, like NEW. Am extremely happy. He communicates well with his customers scheduling and all.

Isaiah did a great job on the gutter cleaning project! Cleanup was spotless, the photo documentation was helpful, and his communication was excellent!

The vinyl siding had algae, the shed was covered with lichen, and the concrete and asphalt were covered with algae, lichen and moss. The guys from Precision Pro cleaned everything well and were very helpful with putting everything back where it belonged. I am very happy with how clean my exterior now looks.

I was very happy with Precision Pro Wash Tacoma. My roof had some moss issues that I had been neglecting. I got several bids, and his was the best. Isaiah (owner) was very knowledgeable, professional & a friendly guy. He did a thorough job on the moss, & took care of cleaning up the moss mess that was left in the yard. Communication was great, and I knew exactly when he was on his way over. I will definitely be using his company again. (side note: Hopefully people will ignore the 1* review below from L.Pothan. A small marketing flyer takes about 10 seconds to throw away if you're not interested ;-)

Precision pro wash did an excellent job of cleaning my roof. They removed abundant moss and debris from the trees that surround my house. In addition, they were careful to reroute the downspouts from my gutters away from the rain barrels that my wife uses to water our garden, so the moss killing chemicals did not contaminate the water and the rain barrels.

Isaiah and his team at Precision Pro Wash did such an amazing job on our home! We needed a roof cleaning and some pressure washing done to get the house ready to go on the market, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did! They made the walkway and driveway look brand new and far beyond my expectations. His team will absolutely be who I call for all future work I need done.

Excellent experience with Precision Pro Wash... My job turned out beautifully-- my house looks like I just had it painted and my concrete cleaned up like new. Isaiah was a thoroughly professional and skilled craftsman. We found him courteous, thorough, steady and hard working as he power washed our large area of aggregate (more than 6,000 square feet). He paid close attention to plants and flower beds and carefully washed them down after pavement areas were cleaned. The aggregate was washed and rewashed several times and then sprayed with a solution to cut down on frequency of cleaning. We found the price reasonable and there was no attempt to up-charge us. Highly recommended.

Hands down, Precision Pro Wash is the best Roof Cleaning company. I have had several other roof cleaning companies, but none has come close to the professionalism, on time to the site, courtesy, attention to details, and great communication that Precision Pro Wash demonstrated to us. Isaiah and his team exceled in getting our roof cleaned. Our awning was weather worn and green with moss. Hard to believe but the awning looks like new again.
