What a great experience. Darwin was so knowlegable and patiently explained everything. Was able to come up with an alternative to replacing the roof, saving me a lot of money. He even went up in the attic ( no one else.did) to see what was really going on. He was so pleasant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to others or use them for any future repairs. I'll write a follow-up when the job is done

Jose and Edgar were the latest in a long list of very good techs, installers, and project contacts from Guardian Roofing. Today was our FREE roof inspection, one year after the new roof. Also, they responded to all our questions and issues from the original job, correcting minor things we found well after installation. Guardian Roofing has been first class throughout our project of new roof, new gutters, chimney rebuild and now warranty service.

Ronald and team did a great job on our gutter install. Very professional and helpful with any questions.

We had Ron come to our house today to inspect our roof, and he did a very thorough job. He explained the issues in detail using a video, which helped us clearly understand what was going on. Ron also provided solutions and offered different options to address the problems. He was very professional and customer-oriented, taking the time to list all the tasks by priority and asking about our specific needs. We truly appreciate his dedication to customer service and his extensive knowledge.

Always pleased with Guardian Roofing. Was happy to see Dallas Del Rosario again. He did a roof leak inspection a couple of years ago. Very pleasant personality. He’s very thorough in his explanation of work to be performed.

Dallas was very pleasant to work with as he listened closely to my concerns. As I requested he made a video while he was on top of my roof and he took the time to explain why he suggested certain repairs. Dallas produced a reasonable bid and I felt as though he was honest when some other Roofing companies may try to sell you something that you not need.

Pre-roof inspection was very detailed and complete, with good explanation of problems. The new roof and gutters were installed quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the results!!

Ron Bracali came this morning to assess our attic ventilation and insulation. We've had a big moisture problem up there. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful in developing a solution, and was here for nearly 3 hours! We've hired Guardian to take care of the problem.

We had Juan come out today for roof and gutter cleaning, and he did an impeccable job! He thoroughly explained the whole process and showed me the pictures of the work he completed. All the debris and moss were cleared off, and the roof looks almost brand new now. What really stood out was that he also cleaned up around the house afterward, which was such a thoughtful and helpful touch. Super impressed with the service - highly recommend Juan and Guardian Roofing.

We have 3 parts to the roofing on our house and garage and this is the 3rd time we have used Guardian to repair and replace our roofing. As a company I find them responsible, responsive, reasonable and respectful. Juan worked on our roof this time; exploring the leak and problem solving how to vent the roof and drain it better. He was super hard working, explained the problems well, cleaned up after the project and was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

They responded quickly to my initial call. The first person to come out evaluated the job quickly and explained the problems with photos. Within a week they were out doing the repairs. They completed the work in one hour at a reasonable price. They did not try to sell me more than what I needed. Thanks so much for getting the job done professionally.

Our experience with Guardian was excellent. We hired them to rebuild our chimney, replace a series of old gutters, and replace some water damaged roof shingles.Maison Becker was our original contact and helped us arrange the work. He was efficient and responsive whenever I had a question. The chimney team did a great job on a moisture damaged chimney. Ronnie and Eric did the gutter work faster than we thought it could possibly be done, and solved all our water drainage problems. All in all, we are completely satisfied with Guardian's terrific work!

My routine roof and gutter service was thorough and efficient. As always all debri was cleaned up. I am very pleased once again with Guardian Roofing.

We were extremely pleased with Darwin who inspected our roof and gave us our options and quote for the jobs we wanted to have done. He was friendly and professional. Our old cranky cat liked him so much that he fell asleep with his head on Darwin’s foot as we were sitting to get our estimate. He’s never done that with anyone. After that sign of approval we knew this was the place to get our roofing jobs done, even though the price was slightly higher than what my husband wanted to pay. It was worth it. The work to repair damage to our house roof, totally replace our shed roof, and treat and remove the moss on our house were completed today and it all looks fantastic!

He was extremely helpful. We discussed the problem of the large pine trees and the pine needles piling up on the gutter mesh work. We decided that for our property it would be best to have Guardian remove the mesh but contract to clean the gutters intermittently during the year. Thank you.
