Josh and Stephanie were very professional. They kept me informed of each step as it was being performed and asked if I had any questions. They were always on time. They ensured that the mold would not spread throughout the house while working. I would recommend Advanta Clean to anyone.

Excellent Company to utilize during times like these. The owner was extremely prompt, professional and very informative with the specific details of the job. The entire AdvantaClean team is wonderful. From the help I received on the phone to the guys who came out to my house. Jared, Justin, Josh, and Dustin as well as a few i cannot remember (sorry) were not only friendly and professional, but also provided information and explained everything they were doing and what to expect. It was a very stressful time but the knowledge and expertise they provided alleviated so much of the stress. After their work was done a new problem presented due to no fault of theirs. When I called about this they were out the same day and found the problem. I hope I never find myself in this situation again but if I do I won't call anyone else.

Josh and his team were amazing. They were diligent in prep, demolition, monitoring, adjusting, and clean up for my water damage. They also kept clear communication with my insurance company and made sure insurance knew every step of the process. Josh- the project manager, is extremely on top of what he’s doing and the plan. His team, Josh and Amber as well as another very nice man, kept photos and updates flowing. They respected my home like it was their own. I truly hope I never need them again haha but will happily refer out. Thanks team!

Jared and team (Jesse and Roberto) were all great! We had mold in our attic, a little more than we bargained for. Jared was very thorough in his walk through/evaluation and took the time to explain what was happening and why and offered a couple different approaches to remedy the situation. Jesse and Roberto showed up right on time for the scheduled work and completed efficiently and quicker than originally anticipated. Both were incredibly friendly and professional and patient working around my little kids. Had the team back a couple weeks later for duct cleaning and will continue using AdvantaClean of South Sound for future needs (although I hope mold is never one of those needs again). Thanks to all!

Not only did Jared, the owner, come out same day to check our crawl space, but he was professional, thorough, and demonstrated his expertise. The call reception service was friendly and helpful. I would recommend AdvantaClean and would use them again in the future. You don't find this level of customer service every day.

No one ever wants an unexpected water leak or break that results in damage. However, if that were to happen, then you will want to contact AdvantaClean. They came out on a weekend when we had an issue and immediately stabilized our situation and initiated a mitigation plan. Within a week our area was dry and safe. Very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. I can't imagine going with another company.

We had a great experience with Advantaclean of the South Sound, Jared Toppenberg, and his crew. I found their work and professionalism to be of a high caliber. We had a terrible leak in our master bath that caused the hardwood floor in the bedroom and all of the bathroom tile to be replaced. Part of the process involved making sure that all of the mold and moisture were eliminated. We have a whole new look and feel in our master suite now. I would not hesitate to use them again and will not hesitate recommending them to others.

The two ladies who helped me today with my dryer vents were fantastic. Very easy to deal with, professional and for a good price. Also gave me some tips on what to watch out for in the future, all in all happy that I canceled my appointment with the other company and went with these guys.

Our small business in Enumclaw recently had AdvantaClean crews working in our office for four days, doing an extensive cleanup of our crawl space. This job took months of planning before the crews even arrived. Kitchen sewage from a nearby restaurant had seeped into the crawl space of our building, and it was a smelly and messy project. Jared brought in his crews to restore our work environment back to normal. We were so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and technical abilities of each crew member, and they went our of their way to make as little disruption as possible to those of us still working in the office on those days. From the (brave) guys who went underground and between the buildings to clear the mess and remove the tainted dirt (and unidentified mold), to the insulation crew and the ductwork cleaners, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, since we were in this unfortunate situation. I wish we had ALL of their names in order to thank them personally, but Jared knows who they are! They even cleaned up after themselves and really left us nothing to do but return to work and be in an odor-free and mess-free environment. We would definitely recommend them for any job, and you can bet we will hang onto their business cards for ourselves and to share with our clients. Our sincere thanks to the whole crew for the amazing job!

Advantaclean was a dream to work with! They came out right away once called, thoroughly evaluated the scope of work and quickly took care of the demo/drying out. They took great care in removing a cabinet so that it could be reused instead of replaced. We would highly recommend them!

Their tech came out to do an assessment of the water damaged caused. They were very insightful and made great suggestions based on the impact done to the area that needed service. They installed the proper equipment and even put up shields that segmented the area that had limited access doors incase we needed to get in there for any reason. The dividers they put up greatly confided the heat that was needed as well as contributed to noise reduction. I wouldnt hesitate to refer their services.

Jared and his team are absolutely fantastic, here's why. We had a clogged sewer pipe which caused a flood in our house. Poor initial cleanup in the crawl space (it was never dried out) led to a severe mold problem. After having the crawl space cleaned properly, and mold experts identify the damage, we turned to AdvantClean to get rid of the mold. First they sealed off our downstairs to contain the smell then they went all throughout the underside of our home and thoroughly killed the mold. They treated and cleaned all areas, including those which had not been identified as mold damage. They spent hours treating our first floor. Such things as cleaning books off the book shelf, one by one, wiping down furniture, walls, ledges, etc. They next cleaned out and vacuumed every air duct in our house as well as the furnace. When this was finished after two full days, Jared left giant specialized fans and air filters in our house four days to capture any possible mold spores which might be in the air. Shout out to Michelle, Jesse, Jeremy, and Sean for all their long hard work and great customer service. In the midst of what seemed like a disaster, Jared and his team at AdvantaClean came through in a Big way. Thank you!!

I am posting this review from the opinion of drainage contractor that has worked with Frontline in the past. Frontline does great work and has fantastic communication. We often do drainage work around properties after they remediate the internal issues, I have nothing but good things to say. Our customers that have worked with Frontline have always been impressed. They are thorough and go the extra distance to ensure the property is free of contaminants, and all moisture. I have worked alongside many remediation companies, and I would chose Frontline for my house.

I am very happy with AdvantaClean. They took a very stressful event and helped me through it. Jake and his team were courteous and professional. Especially Darius, who is exceptional. Whatever Darius is making, he deserves a raise!

My experience with AdvantaClean was exceptional! Having a pipe burst with serious water damage in my entire kitchen was one of the most stressful experiences I've had.

Jared (the owner) called very quickly after I contacted them. He spent time with me on the phone to go over the process in detail, including dealing with insurance.

Jake (my project manager) was absolutely incredible! He explained everything again, several times, because I kept forgetting things. He made an extra trip to my house at my request to meet with my contractor so I could be sure everyone was on the same page about the tear-out process. He talked to me daily, usually in person, to update me and keep me informed of any changes to the expected drying process. He sent detailed daily reports to me and my insurance company. I knew nothing about water mitigation but wanted to understand every detail. He explained everything very clearly, but I'd often forget half of what he said because I was so stressed. I'm pretty sure I burst into tears at least three times the first day he came to evaluate my house. No matter how many questions I had, or how much he had to repeat himself, he was always genuinely kind, patient and professional.

Jake's crew was amazing. The dry out took about 10 days and several different people came out for daily readings and any additional work needed. Every single one was perfectly professional and polite. Having strangers in and out of my home wasn't stressful at all, even when Jake couldn't be there, because they were all so great.

The work was completed to the highest standards. Jared went over typical work done by many companies and what Advantaclean did to a higher standard based on evidence. He went over additionall training he required of his employees. They got things dried to the appropriate moisture levels, treated my joists for mold, and kept everything clean and contained. I don't know enough to say more about that, but the fact they were willing to explain everything, including recommended work vs. what insurance would cover, was extremely helpful.

I absolutely recommend AdvantaClean of the South Sound for any water or fire damage, it any services they provide! You will get exceptional customer service and high quality work! It's a horrible thing to go through, but the time I worked with them was by far the least stressful part of this.
