Great, friendly HONEST service.
They helped me on the phone, gave me some basic troubleshooting tips, and I was able to figure out (what turned out to be simple, this time) the problem myself.
They may not have gotten a sale today, but they earned a customer for life.

I requested an inspection to see why airflow was restricted.Technician arrived on type verified no blockages and everything connected properly. Diagnosis poor design causing issue. Only way to fix is redesign, but didn't push this solution. Thank you.
