We had technician Dora come to our home and she was very personable and did a great job explaining what service she was doing and what items she would recommend we fix. I would definitely recommend their service.

The team are always so professional and communicative. Everyone is kind and easy to work with from the front office to the folks who come out to the house.

Thomas did a great job servicing our system. He explained what he was going to do and kept us informed of his progress. Upon completion of the job, Thomas went over what he found, any corrective action he took and his recommendations going forward. We are extremely happy with Thomas and with Pacific Heating and Cooling.

Josh was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything and answered all of our questions.

James the plummer came and evaluated the issue with my kitchen sink. I loved the ability to schedule the appointment online and attach pictures. I was updated when he was going to arrive and provided a picture of him. I like that feature on the website. James was very knowledgeable and explained to me in regular people terms, what needed to happen and how to get my kitchen sink completely fixed. It was more complex than just a plumbing issue. My kitchen sink is falling away from my countertop. Which is putting pressure on my plumbing because my sink is not being supported. I appreciate him telling me the truth and doesn't matter.I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

I recently had Tyler and Noah from Pacific Heating & Cooling come out to conduct an A/C and dryer vent cleaning service. They were both extremely professional and helpful as they explained the process and kept me informed throughout the service. They ensured that my home was left in an orderly state and fully explained the findings from their service. I highly recommend Pacific Heating & Cooling for your home’s A/C system needs and will certainly use them myself in the future!

I had Pacific Heating and Cooling come out to do a maintenance check on my air conditioner before the summer heat. Tom arrived in the time frame and was very thorough checking both the furnace and the ac unit. He explained what he was doing and showed me things he found. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He gave me a detailed evaluation sheet on everything. Tom’s handwriting is excellent! I came away very pleased with his service and I highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling! I will definitely be using them again.

Had fantastic service with these guys. Our AC went out over the weekend and they were able to fit us in for a morning slot on Monday (same day I called!). Wes quickly fixed the AC by 11 and gave regular updates. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Joshua was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and explained to us exactly what was going on with our ac unit. He went above and beyond to make sure we had no questions we had unanswered. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing service or repair to their unit.
