They build nice luxurious homes. Lots of them that I viewed are one story!

The process from design through construction was exciting and gratifying. Krenzler was easy to work with, utilized quality contractors, payed attention to the fine details and provided an outstanding home.

Our plan was to relocate to Washington, and we had allotted ourselves a week to find a new home. We visited countless new homes that we simply didn’t find attractive enough. Either the floor plan didn’t flow, the cabinetry wasn’t right, the craftsmanship was lacking, or the property wasn’t ideal. And on it went. That is, until we stumbled across (rather, trespassed onto) a new construction that was nothing but walls, windows and a roof.

But the red lines painted on the floor were clues to the eventual layout… the great room, the adjoining kitchen with its counters, appliances and a floating island, the guest and master bedroom with their bathroom counters, showers and tub, the walk-in, and the patio. This was incredible. Exactly the layout we were hoping for.

We were scheduled to leave in 3 days, and to our surprise, and delight, the builders agreed to meet us the next day, which was Labor Day when everyone else was taking the holiday off. Wow, who would do that? As we met the Krenzlers, we soon found out. We learned that the Krenzlers are a 3-generation investment in their namesake business that began in 1970 with Gordon, now retired, and his son Keith, and later joined by Keith’s son Jason. We learned that the Krenzlers are “custom” builders, which means they will tailor their construction to whatever you want, be it stretching, pulling and shaping walls and ceilings, to fabricating custom cabinets, to resizing and relocating anything and everything.

We learned that they had at one point built an entire subdivision of homes, one amazingly different custom design at a time. We saw that their craftsmanship and attention to detail was unmatched (they are personally on the construction site each day). And we already loved the floor plan they had envisioned for the house we saw, and the lot they had chosen. So they told us we should select everything that comes with the house… the hardwood, carpet and tile flooring materials, the type of wood and style of cabinetry, the material, color and design for the countertops and back splashes, the lighting fixtures, the plumbing hardware, the stone for the exterior walls and fireplace, and the interior and exterior colors of the house. And with that, they whisked us off to show and help us with all of our choices. It was a whirlwind! Who knew getting a new home would be fun?

The Krenzlers took the initiative to help two strangers who were probably in over their heads, by leading us through a maze that for us will likely be a one-time adventure. And when the construction was completed, and on time, they insisted that we examine every last detail, and to call them if ever we needed anything. We haven’t had to, except when I messed up something on my own. But they were quick to respond when we did have questions about how something worked.

Prior to this, I didn’t understand what “custom” meant. But having experienced the custom changes they did for us (i.e. wife-designed closet-system, added crown molding, etc.), we would not do it any other way. It’s clear they meant what they said when they told us they stood behind their work. It also speaks volumes when someone puts their own name on their business sign, and the Krenzlers do not disappoint.

Krenzler homes did an amazing job on our home. They personally oversaw every subcontractor and checked each ones work, not hesitating to deal with it quickly when it wasn't up to par and making sure each step met the highest standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

After spending a year of going through builder’s model homes, we happened on Parkway Heights by Krenzler Homes. My wife and I walked thru a model home and within minutes we could see the difference in quality and attention to detail. We quickly made the decision to sign up.
Keith and Jason along with Barbara Dunn went thru the basic plan we selected (the model home) and worked thru changes giving Wife the library she has always wanted, and for me a 37 foot extension on the garage bay for a shop. Barbara worked with us on many of the details that you would not think of for the new build.
I visited the job site almost every day and was amazed at the quality of material that was being used and attention to detail. If I questioned something, I would tell Jason and he would get back to me within the day.
At the completion of the project we feel we have not just an excellent product but an extraordinary product and an ongoing friendship with the Krenzler’s and Barbara.
Of course, we would recommend this builder to anyone without reservation.

We started our custom build with Krenzler Homes back in Jan 2022. Through out the entire process from the bid to the final walkthrough it was nothing but professionalism.

We are thrilled with everything that they did for our new build. Jason and Keith were transparent with everything good/bad (delays, timelines, materials)

More importantly they kept to there timelines for about 95% of the entire build. Weather really is the only thing that delayed a few things, but even at that they figured out how to get there subs back out and on track.

They were very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. We've only been in the house for about 2 months and we are thrilled with what they built for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to build either a home within there floor plan catalog or custom.

It’s been a little over a year now that we’ve been in our home that Krenzler’s built us and we still couldn’t be happier with it! When it came time for our 1 year review to fix anything there really wasn’t much to be done! They came back and fixed a few grouted countertop areas and that was it. (They had them here within a week!) Our last house built by someone else had so many other issues like nails popping through dry wall that we had to deal with for the time being until our year was up. We had NONE of those in this house. You can tell that Krenzler’s have only the best working for them and they take pride in what they do. This is a family business on its third generation and that really says something about how they do business. We would definitely built another house with them again, although they built us such a great dream home I can’t imagine wanting to leave! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

Krenzler Homes has been fantastic to work with from the very start. Their bid was competitive and thorough and helped us understand what to expect. Once we signed on they kept things moving along very smoothly and finished our project sooner than we had anticipated.

The contractors that Krenzler Homes used, from plumbing, painting and electrical, were all excellent at their jobs and respectful of our home.

The entire remodel was done at a very high level of quality. The Krenzler Homes team looked everything over very carefully and caught little things that I never would have noticed and made them perfect.

If you're looking for a contractor for remodel or construction in the Battle Ground or Vancouver area I would highly recommend Krenzler Homes.

My experience with the Krenzler's began in the spring of 2016. I had no knowledge of them the day I walked into their office. I met with Jason and Keith that day. I was curious as to whether they would really live up to the claims made on their web site. They did in every way.

I have been in my new home almost 3 months now and I can tell you they do not disappoint. From the very first meeting with them I could tell they were men of integrity and knew what they were doing. As we worked through the initial process I was amazed that they could build me a home that was within the budget I have given them.

As construction on my new home began I visited the construction site on a regular basis and was so impressed with Jason's management of the entire project. He does an amazing job. Any time delays were caused by bad weather (rain, snow, did I mention rain). Jason would let me know in plenty of time when I was going to need to pick out fixtures, cabinets, flooring, paint, stone etc. Barbara who works with them was always available if I was stuck and couldn't decide what would look best. She is a great resource for interior design.They paid close attention to every detail in my new home big or small, to see that it was of high quality.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to build your new home. They are honest, patient, hard working individuals who know their craft, and want to do the best job possible to give you the custom home you desire.
If I were to ever build another home it would be built by Jason and Keith. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We were living in San Francisco when we contracted with Krenzler Homes to build our home in Washington State. The majority of our interactions were by phone and email as the house was built. Barbara Dunn, their Realtor was invaluable in making checklists, advising us on cost of materials and walked us through a multitude of options. Each visit to see the house left us amazed at the progress and quality of work. Every milestone was met on time. Barbara helped us with the selection of all the fixtures, tiles and stone, flooring and cabinetry. Jason and Keith gave us their unvarnished opinion on all the changes we requested. Our first night in our new home was amazing, like seeing all your dreams and ideas realized. We have been in the home 11 months and love it. We have received so many compliments on our home and we are very proud of it. I would recommend Krenzler Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

My wife and I wanted a new house built with an rv pad. We had seen some Krenzler Homes' lots while looking in Battle Ground and decided to call them. We left a message with Krenzler Homes and received a prompt response from Jason. We discussed the things we were looking for in a house and scheduled a meeting with Jason, Keith and Barbara Dunn. They presented a new house plan to us and suggested a lot to build it on. It had exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we started building about the time that all the supply issues began. Jason kept us informed on anything we were waiting on and just moved to working on things that we had. He kept the construction moving as best he could. We couldn't be happier with how the house turned out. It's exactly what we wanted and the level of quality in the build is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to have another house built by Krenzler Homes and have recommended them to friends.

Krenzler homes just finished a laundry room remodel on our home and it was such a great experience. From start to finish, it was thorough and professional. We liked the quality of the contractors they used and the project moved right along. Jason was great to work with and we would highly recommend them for any building or remodeling work needed.

Krenzler Homes just finished our new home in Brush Prairie, Wa. What a Fantastic job they did, we started this project with looking at lots, which they made very easy for us. After deciding which lot would best suit our needs we looked at some home plans, Krenzler's helped us find a plan close to what we were looking for and we then looked at what we might change, they were very helpful when we asked questions about changing things on the plans, not only were they very accommodating and willing to build whatever we wanted, they would also let us know if there were any things that we may have considered if we make certain changes. This was very helpful and in the end we got exactly the home we dreamed of having. As for the process of building the home, construction started on time and finished on time, all of their subcontractors were very nice and produced quality work. We are so very proud of our new home and feel that we made some really good friends along the way with the Krenzler's! You will not be disappointed if you choose Krenzler Homes for your construction project, I know not many people say this, but it was a true pleasure to have our new home built by the Krenzler's, What a great experience!
