Our electrician was Gary Mobley and he went above and beyond! He installed a 36” flush mount for us in our living room. Despite the flush mount being from Arhaus, it was incredibly poor quality in terms of the packaging and missing a vital nut so it was unnecessarily difficult to install. He had to go to the store to get the missing piece to install it. 🥲 Gary was super helpful, accommodating, did an amazing job installing the light fixture, and answering all of my questions. Would 100% hire him again when our other flush mounts arrive in a couple months. Thank you again, Gary!!!!!!

He was great. Personable and came of with a solution to a tricky problem. He installed a 50 amp breaker for a remidation project

Isaiah was quick and professional. Explained the process and what I should expect when it comes time to remove the temporary power box.

They are great. Very punctual, and very efficient. Jess called me the day before and said he would be there at 8 in the morning the next day. At exactly 8 AM, he was at my door. He was all geared up and ready for work. He was nice, courteous and very efficient. Thanks guys 👍

Jess was awesome! Very communicative and punctual. He was in and out to set up an extra power source and remove it when we needed some restoration work done. He even pointed out that we had a hot tub hookup! I’d definitely hire Jess again.

Isaiah was professional from start to finish. He called ahead to coordinate a time that worked best with my schedule, which I really appreciated. He arrived promptly, was respectful of our home, and completed the job efficiently. He uninstalled a line from our circuit and went the extra mile by repairing the area where the line had been installed and thoroughly cleaning up all the drywall residue. It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of care with their work—highly recommended!

Jess McColum came out and installed temporary 220 breaker. He communicated clearly with us and he obviously cares very much about doing a good job and doing it right. Thank you Jess.

Isaiah was punctual, quick and efficient. He was very pleasant and answered the questions that I had.

NW Pacific Electric Co. came out did some electrical magic for us while we were having water mitigation done after a leaking toilet. They were super quick and arrived at the expected time. When the work was done we had a quick and super pleasant visit from Isaiah who came and removed their equipment, followed up on the questions I had and provided superb customer service. Isaiah went above and beyond addressing my questions and I'd definitely feel comfortable having him back for any electrical work!

Isaiah was able to make it out to Hood River in incredible time and support the water restoration crew helping us save our kitchen from a leaky pipe! I apologized to him in advance for not having my electrical panel labeled more thoroughly. He removed the panel and smiled saying, “Good news, all the wires are labeled!”

Isaiah took the time to write down each breaker for us in permanent marker on the panel! He took the extra time to ensure we selected the right power source to support all the drying equipment without compromising anything we might need over the next week.

We sincerely appreciate the above and beyond efforts he took to fully support our family and the crew!

I am astonished at how amazed how quickly Isaiah completed the job. I thought for sure it would take most of the day but they completed everything, including cleanup, within two hours.
