I had a small emergency with my breaker box. Craig knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. Very knowledgeable. I’ll call him in a month or 2 when I need some additional work done.

Craig helped me to replace my broken water heater. He was very knowledgeable and quick! I had a new water heater within hours of it breaking. One thing I hate is cold showers - thanks for fixing that for me Craig!

Fantastic! Called around and another outfit said 10-14 day wait. Looked at the 4.9 review on West Coast Electric, called and bingo! "I can stop by today." Craig changed out the 220 plug to a 110 for the gas stove and changed out the breaker within the hour. Wow! Totally impressed.

Great experience. We needed a dedicated outlet installed in our garage for an electric vehicle. Craig got the job done quickly, perfectly, and without costing an arm and a leg: We had quotes from three electricians and we went with Craig.

We have used West Coast Electric for projects in the past and have been impressed by Craig's skill, cooperative nature, work attitude and friendliness! That is why we call on him for any issue electrical in nature. I called him about a set of lights that had all gone out and we had been unable to get them back in service. I called Craig and within two minutes on the phone walking through what steps we had tried, he was able to point us to a GFI circuit that had tripped and taken out overhead lights in one third of our house. Voila! Problem solved and no charge. I would HIGHLY recommend West Coast Electric to anyone - without hesitation!!

Craig did great work getting our Electrical Panel up to par after a home inspection. We were under a time crunch and he was actually able to squeeze us in the same day I called. Quick, easy, and knowledgable!

Wonderful service! Craig spent time with me on the phone trying to trouble shoot when I initially called and I was so impressed that I used him over our AHS warranty provider (even though it'd be cheaper). He fixed everything in quick time, very detailed oriented, honest and did exceptional work! We would happily recommend this company!

Wow. Friendly, efficient, helpful. Customer service is definitely top priority, tied with excellent work. Craig was so easy to work with, he's got a repeat customer if I ever need electrical work again. He hooked up my swim spa, helped with gravel, helped with the crane, and was just as excited about the flying spa as I was.

Craig was SO helpful. When he says customer service is his #1 priority he is not kidding. I called him for some outlets that were not working and while on the phone he troubleshooted some things with me and within minutes the problem got solved over the phone! Turned out to be an easy fix and I'm grateful Craig took the time to listen and then help over the phone!

I will use Craig again and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a quality guy that works with integrity.

I called Craig to do a few repairs that were requested buy the buyers of our house. They were repairs that were identified in the home inspection. Craig quoted me a price and we agreed on a time for him to come out and do the work. Well then life happened - the kids got sick, I got sick, you know the routine. Craig worked around our schedule and illness. On the day he came out he found that one item from the inspection was not in need of any repair and the other item, an exterior box that we thought needed to be replaced turned out the missing pieces were in the dirt. He simply reinstalled the parts. To me that is integrity - he could have dinked around, installed the new parts and charged me what he quoted. Instead he just chose to do the right thing. He did charge me for his time which I was more than happy to pay.

When we had a new patio installed and were looking into hard-wire hot tub installation, our hardscape contractor warned us that getting hold of an electrician would be one of the hardest parts. I called Craig straight away and he was able to provide me a rough estimate over the phone. The estimate was very similar to some of the larger electrical contractors in the area, but he was much more responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Craig not only worked around the hardscape schedule, he worked *with* the hot tub installers to make sure that everything was lined up and nothing was left to chance. Everything was done on schedule to spec and at a reasonable price point. Highly recommended.

Craig was amazing, professional and punctual. When he said he would arrive at 7am he meant 7am. He was on time and got our panel upgrade done right. He explained every step of the process, we had to call the electric company to unlock the outside box, and he was going to bring our 1967 house, up to modern day electrical code by updating the panel and removing the freaky-deaky home electrical work, one of the previous home owners did on the panel. Then we had an inspector come by and review his good work, (which was required) and naturally it was smooth sailing from there. Everything went off without a hitch, and my husband and I were worried, this was an undertaking because of the previous homeowner's DIY work. Craig made it seem like a breeze, he knew what he was doing and took care of everything. Prices were reasonable. Would reccomend to anyone needing work done, or moving here from out of state.
