They did a great job top to bottom on my bathroom remodel for a reasonable price. They have very skilled workers who work with you for exactly how you want it done.

We had a devastating fire and Metro came in and cleared the site of all the debris and rebuilt everything even better than it was before. These guys were professional, on time and did what they said they were going to do. I cant thank them enough. I'd give them 10 stars if i could.

Chuck was very prompt in providing a detailed quote for the water damage we experienced in our home. He provided like material recommendations including the measurements in affected rooms. I greatly appreciate the thoroughness of his quote, his quick responses and his professional attitude.

Metro Construction helped us recover the water damaged house in Vancouver WA. It provided one-shot repairing services covering all aspects, water damage mitigation, ceiling/dry walls, floors, bathroom toilet/vanity/water supply, plumbing. and doors/frames. Chuck Jones, construction estimator, provided a one-basket estimation quickly with reasonable quotes. Aaron Baker, a production manager, came and oversaw all stages and sub-projects to ensure the quality of work. Their contractors are nice and friendly, and answered our questions in details. For the areas they don't directly cover they sub-contracted to their close partners, and make sure the quality as well.

When our HVAC system leaked and the water damage destroyed our beautiful acacia wood floors, I was devastated. Everyone told me how hard it would be to get matching floors. METRO CONSTRUCTION SAVED THE DAY!

Aaron Baker gave me a competitive estimate but more than that he was compassionate, highly attentive and very thoughtful about my goals with custom baseboards, wanting sound dampening barriers and how to work around my new HVAC system. He understood how to work with my property management company and HOA—filling out all of their forms—and everything was approved without a glitch. Chuck Jones, his associate, did a wonderful job of giving me detailed accounting of how much this was going to cost. No one wants to start a home project without a budget—thanks to Chuck and Aaron, I knew exactly what to expect. I have gorgeous new floors as of 2 hours ago.

Let me tell you about the gentlemen he sent out. Wow. Work ethic and craftsmanship at its finest. You would never know I’ve had water damage. They were professional, pleasant, on time, highly skilled and left my home in beautiful shape.

I am so happy with the work this company did for me. They really worked hard to get me the things I wanted for my home. a friend in eastern oregon that was having an addition put on her home and she is telling me story’s of the work the company she hired did and she is going to have to hire someone to fix the mess. Our insurance adjuster gave us a couple of contractors to use when we had some major water damage in our home. Metro was one of them and we are so glad that we went with them. Communication was great with Chuck and Aaron throughout the entire process. They took care of everything and gave us a detailed estimate right from the beginning and made changes as we needed to. The guys that came out to the house we always very professional and explained everything they were doing along the way.

We had a couple of minor hiccups, but they were resolved quickly with just an email or phone call. We will definitely use Metro again in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for repairs or a remodel.

Had a tree fall on my roof and Metro Construction helped put my house back together. Aaron communicated through every step and his crew did a great job! They kept the worksite clean and completed everything within a reasonable duration. Skilled, reliable and professional.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and these guys are the best! Communication was great, and quality of tradesmen coming in my house was great! Remodeled my bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room after a flood in my house. Chuck and Aaron who managed my project from start to finish are amazing! I love the work they did!!

Metro Construction was super easy to work with, communicate with, and went above and beyond with their services. We were always at work when they did many weeks of work inside our home, so we never met them in person, but we felt comfortable with them using our key lockbox and getting the job done. They replaced our flooring, completely remodeled a damaged room from a ceiling/roof leak, tons of painting, and more. We are very pleased with their services and will use them again in the future (we have more flooring to get done!)

We can't thank Metro Construction & Remodeling enough for the incredible work they did repairing our home after it was severely damaged by a drunk driver. The impact took out part of our exterior wall, damaged all of our utilities, and destroyed our fence. It was an overwhelming situation, but from the moment Metro Construction stepped in, we felt confident we were in good hands.

Every contractor we worked with was professional, skilled, and respectful. They communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and kept the work area clean and safe. The quality of the finished repairs exceeded our expectations—the house looks better than it did before the accident.

Not quality work. Had to keeep poiting out things they missed while painting and changing the doors and siding.

Almost got ran off the road by one of their drivers. Do not recommend them

We were in a desperate situation after we had a leak that caused serious damage to our home. I was never given a copy of the estimate even though I asked multiple times. Then I was assured by Aaron that Chuck always gets his estimate approved by insurance. Everything was word of mouth from Aaron. We had to go to Home Depot to choose tile for our shower. Aaron waited until the last minute to order our shower and couldn’t get it in time. I had to choose our flooring and a new faucet. I saw all of the prices. I asked Aaron if I should just pick those things up myself. Aaron said no don’t do that we get a discount for these things so I will pick this up myself.Now I know why, because they charged us far more for these items than what they actually cost . Chuck never spoke to me again until the billing problem came up. They trying to get away with charging you more than they should by sending you a bill that’s not itemized. When I received the bill it was several thousands of dollars more than my insurance had approved. When I requested the itemized bill there were things listed on there that they didn’t do. Things like saying they had put new carpeting in the master bedroom. They did not even pull the carpeting up out of the master bedroom let alone put in carpeting. The bill was all sorts of screwy. They make the billing so confusing. On the original there is a separate charge for labor. When I questioned the price they were charging us for the tile because they were charging us three times more for the tile than what the tile cost he said he doesn’t charge separate for the labor that the labor was included in the cost for the tile. In the revised version he kept the numbers the same he just changed the wording on it. Had I received a copy of the original estimate I would have sent it on to my insurance company before having them start the work. With the desperate situation that we were in I did not do my part and make sure that I saw a physical estimate first. Unfortunately I am now being charged thousands of dollars more than our insurance estimate allowed. Make sure you get an itemized copy of your estimate first and make sure you see the approval from your insurance first if you are going through homeowners insurance. Don’t let them get away with lying to you and then you end up paying the price for it later. If I had it to do over again I would also go purchase all of those supplies myself rather than having them go purchase the supplies
