Troy at Vancouver Paulsen's was our contact. Our experience with Paulsen's was absolutely excellent. We choose Karastan carpet and quartz counter tops. Every step of this process was so professional from measuring our spaces to choosing from samples for our products. Everything was done on time by experienced professional installers. We could not be more pleased with our products now that they are all installed. If you are looking for a job well done check out Paulsen's!!

We used Paulson's flooring for carpet installation and tile in the bathroom. I want to start by saying, Paulson's prices are incredibly competitive. The quality of subs they use is evident in the final product. Kayla Lee was our point of contact and she was PHENOMENAL. She was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I was so incredibly impressed with her ability to make things happen. We found ourselves up against an incredibly TIGHT timeline and somehow Kayla managed to come through for us in a BIG way. I would use Paulson's again and recommend them to anyone just because of the incredible service we received from Kayla!

Wes Hill of Paulson’s Vancouver did a tremendous job helping us find the right carpet for our home. His support was appreciated and the installation was fast and professional.

Paulson's is the place to go!! Went into the showroom and Ron at the Vancouver location was extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The carpet installer was professional, clean and did a fantastic job. If I need any further refreshing with my home, Ron and the team there at Paulson's will be my "go to" place!

Had tile placed in kitchen about 1 year ago. Done in a diamond pattern.
It looks great. No complaints although not cheap. I also had a bathroom
Laundry room done with vinyl planking and the job was very good.
I redid my other bathroom in the exact same planking material and did
it myself. Much cheaper and I did just as good a job as the installers did.
However it took me 12-15 hours whereas Paulson installers did the
other area in 2 hours. Paulsons sold me the materials with no hassle
and I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them for top
quality work and service.

We had a flood in our home and had to replace the floors in our entry, hallway, family room and kitchen.
Ron at Paulson’s Vancouver location was such a huge help! He is so knowledgeable and gave input to help us make the right decisions on which type of flooring, the color and design. We had some technical issues from the way the flooring had been installed years ago and he came up with a perfect solution too!
What could have been a stressful situation was made very stress free and straight forward. We even had Paulson’s complete more areas to match up other rooms too.
And the high quality of the flooring and installation are unbeatable!

Tim at Paulson's in Vancouver was very helpful. He was straightforward, very knowledgeable, and always available to answer a question when I called. Great pricing and service. We couldn't be happier going through him to replace our flooring. We installed the product ourselves and it looks great. If you are looking to get honest advice and service without having to worry about someone just trying to make their quota, then Tim is your guy.

Troy helped my find the matching hardwood so we could replace the carpeted part of our lower level. He was easy to communicate with and the team that did the install was excellent. Highly recommend and plan to use them again for future carpet replacement.

If you need flooring or carpet in Vancouver, Paulson's is the place to go. We worked with Ron Meyer at the Vancouver store. He was great. He's super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect carpet. The installation went smooth and the installer was very professional. We would recommended Paulson's to everyone.

After trying big box stores we chose Paulson's in Vancouver for our vinyl plank flooring in the living room, hall and bathroom. It is gorgeous and super easy to take care of.
Our experience with Troy reveals he is an absolute comsummate professional and respectful~~promptly returning calls and very knowledgeable about his products.
The installation was scheduled soon and the installers worked very fast and it was done between 9 and 5.
If you're a woman, don't let the two gentleman at the desk intimaidate you when you walk in as they are great at answering your questions!

Troy was wonderful! He listened to the concerns and desires we had. He knows a lot about the different products and was willing to share what most customers like as well as what he personally likes. There were a few samples that we wanted, but they were checked out. Thus, he called the person that had the samples and when the samples were returned, he called us so we could go get them. I really appreciated that he followed through on that. I highly recommend working with Troy.

Once again Paulson’s did a great job for us! We had them replace all the floors throughout the house. Marshall was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted, showed me great options and then made sure the job was done correctly from start to finish. We love our new floors and highly recommend Paulsons for a quality job!

They did great job to do floor, removed old carpet and installed new laminate floor.

We put in new tile and replaced all of the carpet throughout our house. My wife called the store and talked to Troy Wright, who set up a time to come in and show us what flooring would work for us. He was very professional and easy to work with. He helped us match colors and then came out to our house to take measurements and set us up with a quote using high quality materials and was right in our price range.

The installers were right on time and did a great job , finishing quicker than estimated and cleaned up their mess when they were finished.

We were very pleased with Troy's experience and helpfulness during the process. And the house looks great!

Ron Meyer was great to work with. He understood what we were trying to accomplish for our kitchen floor remodel and was very professional. Not only was his customer service excellent, the installation process felt seem less. The installers were very nice, professional and I look forward to going back to Paulson’s for my future remodeling of the bedroom carpeting and bathroom counter/flooring. Thank you again!

Tim was prompt in coming to measure and give us an estimate for our carpet. At the store, Tim also took the time to explain the qualities of the different carpets so I could pick one appropriate for my house. The carpet layers, Miguel and his assistant, worked quickly and efficiently laying the carpet. The assistant worked carefully to ensure all the edges in some of the difficult corners were neatly done. Everyone I spoke to at Paulson's was friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with the new carpet. I plan to use Paulson's again for some other rooms.
