I hired Grand-View Landscape to clean-up my property after several months of neglect. I am no good at landscaping, and I needed a lot of help. The clean-up made my property look so much more appealing that after a couple of weeks, I decided to sign-up for the weekly service maintenance program.
Now I have a picture-perfect front and backyard, and I owe it all to the work that the crews are doing for me in maintaining my property. If you want to have a manicured looking curb appeal, this is the company to use.

Unbelievable work ethic and quality! Javier and his crew are second to none. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I even kept adding work to the original job and they rolled with it and got it all done perfectly and more than timely!

I've been using Grand View for a number of years now and they do excellent, consistent work. The come every week and take care of everything. They even take care of out of normal issues quickly (bad sprinkler heads, or damaged ones). I've not had a job they weren't willing to tackle outside of normal maintenance, including a lot of drainage problems we've had.

All of the crew members are always very friendly and very helpful.

I recommend giving them a call if you are looking for landscape work or maintenance.

This is the second time we have used Grandview Landscape and are so please with our new yard design. We had our dream home built in salmon creek and asked Stan ( the owner ) and his designer to come up with a plan to go with our unusual modern style house. It turned out even better then I could have imagined and has made our house look amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. We were worried about upsetting neighbors but the crew was friendly and handled it like pros, cleaning up everyday before leaving. Everyone in the neighborhood loved watching the transformation happen and came to visit. Thank you so much the beautiful yard. We now use them to do our maintenance on the yard, coming once a week to be sure to keep it looking good.

I had a great experience with Grand View Landscaping. Stacey came out an did a through walk through on my property. The price that was quoted was very reasonable considering the time and effort the work would save me. The work was very well and on time. They even made a second trip to do a little extra that I requested while they were there, and only charged me a few more dollars for the second trip. My trees look great! I will definitely work with Grand View Landscaping again.

I love this company! After a very long string of landscapers gone bad, I'm very glad to report that I've been very happy with their customer service and work. I even waited about 8 months to write this review as it seemed that that's when things would start to go downhill with the previous landscapers. I'm still very happy, they are punctual, know what they're doing and how to care for your yard and plants, very kind and respectful and do a great job of checking in to make sure that they're doing things the way you like. Finally! After being told from my last landscaper that my request to not have weeds in my flower beds was "too high maintenance", it's nice to finally get the service I've been hoping for and expecting all along. Every month I'm glad to pay this bill because I feel that the value is great. I would recommend them to anyone. And have.

We had Grandview Landscaping come out to remove a quarter ton of rock, along with probably six yards of bark dust. The people who built our home contracted them out to complete the work. We were out of town during the service, but when we came home we were pleasantly surprised. Not only did they remove everything without leaving a mark, but they didn’t step on our new grass as it was germinating which was a last second request that I had made that they accommodated. In addition, they raked all the bark dust surrounding the home and evened it out. They also stacked our firewood and cleaned our fire pit. I think it’s pretty rare when a company goes above and beyond, and they certainly did so. They respected our home while they were here, and did much more than what they were paid for. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys!

From the person to answer the phone when I called, to the owner of the company who came and gave us an estimate on our yard to most especially the crew (thank you Javier) who completed the landscaping, Grand-View was a top-notch company. They were professional, courteous and on time! We've dealt with other landscaping companies before and have never had any of them show up on time or had them do what was promised. We've always been disappointed in the end result and trying to get them to come back and finish the work is near impossible. While we just had our work done, I feel confident if anything goes wrong, they would gladly come back. They worked tirelessly and with a smile on their face the whole time. I would definitely use this company again.

Very professional, thorough and honest. They have extremely hard working employees who get the job done efficiently and fast. We waited about 6 weeks to get yard leveling, sprinklers and new sod. Which was super fast compared to 4 other local landscaping company’s in the area who quoted me end of august when I inquired in April!

The two hard working guys tasked with our yard got it done in 2 work days. They were polite, respectful of our property and did such a great job. Working with Mitch was also really great, he’s prompt and thorough. We will have them back in the future!

I highly recommend Grandview to anyone looking for not only top-notch landscaping services, but amazing customer care. They have truly revitalized my outdoor space.
