I called at 8:40 pm on a Sunday, immediately I received a call back from Josh who said he would have help on the way the following day. Thank you to Seth & Devan they came in , immediately located the problem, were fast explained everything. I have already been spreading the word. they are best I will call them again in a heart beat.

Advanced Plumbing was quick to respond to and professionally fix a minor plumbing problem. This was the 2nd time we used Advanced Plumbing and we very happy with their personnel and service.

When half the area was experiencing broken pipes and other emergencies, they got to us as quickly as possible. Devin did a great job and was very reassuring to us. I appreciate them very much.

After are pipes burst from the ice storm they were the first to show up and gave the fairest price of all three that came to quote. They were very friendly and when unexpected work that came up they didn’t try to raise the original quote even though they had every right too.
They went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Excellent customer service - found our leak immediately and fixed it promptly. The plumbers were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Fixed my main water line with very little disruption to the surrounding landscaping.

Okay so you get up, shuffle into the kitchen in that AM fog. Wait, what's that distant hissing noise? Whats up with that? The light comes on. Water! But from where? A hasty look about reveals said noise is coming from the connection of the house line with the main street water line. Lots of water bubbling up next to the foundation. Yikes!

A call is placed to Advanced Plumbing and within thirty minutes a reply comes back from a helpful young lady. Thirty minutes after that Devin is standing at the front door. He assesses the issue and gets straight to work. Digging, clearing away what is needed. Next thing you know Devin is under the house (crawl space) and the needed repairs are made.

Can't ask for anymore than that. Responsive and professional. Got the job done in the quickest and most effective manner possible.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, from my first contact with Eric by phone - he called me only 20 minutes after I sent an inquiry by email via HomeAdvisor - to the moment he left my house this afternoon having completed the job. Eric wears many hats - estimator, customer service, supervisor and journeyman plumber. He is one of the nicest young men you could hope to meet, and on top of that he is competent, diligent and unfailingly polite - not only to me but also to everyone he was working with today. They replaced the water main for our house, no small feat with a 200-foot-long driveway. They also moved the shut-off valve so we don't have to crawl half the depth of the crawl space to get to the original one anymore. His helper, who recently completed his obligation with the Marines, was also polite, respectful and competent. These days, when you never know just who you're going to get when you call for help, it's wonderful to know that a company like this, family-owned for many years, still exists.

Devin from advanced plumbing came out today he was very professional and very knowledgeable! He took the time to explain things to me and show me how to do some things so that I can prevent issues from happening in the future. He went above and beyond the service required and was very helpful. I will definitely be using this company again

I am a teacher and needed help with my remodel. Advanced came in and pulled all the permits and started my project. The crew is so polite and very friendly. Make sure you ask them for something creative. My family and friends marvel at the quality of custom woodworking and tile that looks like art. Simply amazing.

They did a fantastic job repiping our whole 2 story house. They are definitely experts in their field. Very pleasant crew to work with. Quality guys and quality workmanship all round. Great communicators. Always made sure we knew what potential options there may be. Highly recommended.

Josh, Eric and their team are top knotch. We had to relocate our water main line from one side of our property to the other about 175 feet away, we have a flag lot property and the city forced us to move the line. We had a very short window to do this in. Josh came out just 2 days after my call to him, and Eric came out to start the work 2 days later....amazing! i chose Advanced because of all their experience in my specific need. Eric and his crew were absolutely amazing. The job turned ugly when we found out our ling drive way was asphault under the gravel, not and easy straight dirt pathway. A Ditch Witch, giant cement saw and hand shovels going to work manually on this thing for hours in the beating sun, Eric and his workers still had a smile on tbeir face and never stopped working. We are so appreciative this team came to our rescue, they deserve much more than than the quote we were given. Thank you so much Advanced! We'll be recommending these guys to all of our friends and family for any indoor and outdoor plumbing needs.

Seth was awesome! Took a faucet and water filtration system from our old place and put it in our new one. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

I bought an older mobile home and the inspector commented that it had Polybutylene pipes throughout which are no longer allowed in construction due to their propensity for failure. The mobile needed to be completely repiped. I sent out 7 requests for bids and chose Advanced Plumbing and they proved my choice to be a good one.

They were the only one who sent a person out to inspect the mobile prior to submitting a bid, their bid was detailed - I knew what I was getting including the managing of all permits, they answered questions at the time of inspection and during the work, they pointed things out and explained what they were doing and why, I could hear the team communicating with each other and it was very respectful, they even took brief moments to just chat - a nice personal touch, and after the final inspection they came back out and sealed up the lining sections they had to open during the repipe. All in all a great experience and great job!

Great service, great dedication, hard-working, professional, friendly…. Connor and Fred are fantastic! They were the quickest to reply and the best price. They replaced the water main to my home and found an additional leak on the back side of my property. They were clean and polite and at the end of the day they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they had been here. I will definitely have them back again if I have any other plumbing needs. I could not be happier with the work they did today. Keep up the good work, guys!
