I came home around 6 PM to a nightmare—water seeping up through the grooves of my wood floors in the kitchen. At first I thought it was the dishwasher not draining, but it turned out to be a broken pipe underneath the kitchen sink cabinet.

I called Roto Pro Plumbing, and they immediately walked me through shutting off the water to prevent further damage. Their response time was incredible—a technician arrived within an hour.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, cut out a 9x10 section of the cabinet base to access the pipe, and replaced the damaged part efficiently. Everything was handled professionally and with urgency, which I truly appreciated given the situation.

What stood out even more was the extra guidance—he recommended installing a metal access door for future access, which we’ve already found and plan to install.
