Austin was very knowledgeable and professional about what needed to be done for our plumbing repairs when he did his evaluation of our pipes. We have an old house, and he helped us get a realistic approach financially how to repair the existing plumbing system and future issues that would arise. We feel that the costs of repairs by Austin were very reasonable.
Our outdoor faucet was replaced with a high grade fixture as well as the shut off replaced valve to it inside the basement. Our bathroom repair was fixed in a timely manner with good replacement parts as well. Getting to the back pipes in a bedroom, was done as repairable as possible with that wall repair as part of the bid. Austin is also a comforting and patient person with the elderly. He reassures that your repairs will be ok, if you are concerned. He shows you what he is doing, if you ask, during the repair and explained why it was done that way, as he repairs your plumbing. We look forward to getting more repairs by Austin, in the future.

We own an Adult care home in Gresham OR .In 2021 we where required to install a Fire sprinkle system. I contacted at least 6 companies that had word FIRE in their Logo for an estimate some didn't show up some said they do only new construction our house is considered RETRO because it's finished ...Somebody recommend RPI I wasn't sure because the word Fire is not in their Logo 😀 but I called them anyway because we where running out of time All the good stuff started to happen ....Frank was on time ,gave us a reasonable price and put us on schedule....All the questions I had would contacted Maggie at the office..When time came Ryan and his team did a wery good job, they are PRO (I am a General Contractor I build houses and can tell when people are PRO or not) ...in couple days Ryan the owner called the inspector and passed,,Thank to everyone of you guys who worked at this project and didn't mention your name..
I definitely recommend to anyone and come back for more business...despise that that in their Logo doesn't say FIRE..😃....

So far so good. Had another company try to fix my hot water 3 time, and finally told me I need a replacement for about $7,000. The RPI plumping did it for $2,000 way cheaper. Thank you.
