2 great, friendly and professional guys came out. Both were very knowledgeable on fixing my plumbing problems. They treated my home with respect. I would definitely call them again for future work.

The crew showed up same day and were quick about replacing our kitchen faucet. Would hire again!

Best and most responsive plumbing outfit I have found in the PNW. Jeremy showed up with Christian and repiped my house in no time. They are both very informative. I would highly recommend them every time.

We just had him working on the dripping shower at our place today. Chris came 15 minutes early, got to work. The job got complicated due to corrosion pipe so he has to ended up cutting into the wall and replacing the whole unit. It takes 3 times more time extra and I was stressed out since the pipe is broken. He instructed us to get new parts and stayed as long as needed to get the job done and our shower to work. His rate is super reasonable considering how much extra work he has to put in. I would definitely ask for Christian for any future projects we have. I think we found our great plumber contact to work with from now.

We needed a sump pump put in quickly and Jeremy was able to get it done on short notice, and he did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Very knowledgeable

Contacted Cascade Clean Water this morning because of a leaky water heater. Originally, we were quoted a 1pm-3pm time frame, but shortly after 10am received a message that another employee would be here within the hour.
Jeremy was great. Very friendly, informative & communicative. We definitely recommend Cascade Clean water if you're having water heater issues!

Jeremy Norris and Cascade clean water pleasure to work with on our bathroom remodel. They listened to our needs and Jeremy went above and beyond to make everything come together the way we had hopes it would , and it didn't break our budget or our time scheduled to have it done . Christian is a truly bright light and professional, caring plumber. He was able to assess and fix the source of the leak quickly, made multiple trips to Home Depot for us and also pointed us in the right direction for water damage assessment and repair!

I just purchased a house, and the water heater needed earthquake straps and a drain pan. This company's response was very prompt. And the communication between us was above par. They were on time, courteous, and I would highly recommend Cascade Clean Water LLC.

I thought I needed a simple job, but Christian found the bigger problem and worked with me to figure out the best solution. He was patient, understood the issues I was facing and communicated several solutions that would get water back where it needed to be! Excellent customer service.

My outdoor spigot had froze during the ice storm this winter. Christian was able to replace the needed part quickly. He clearly and pleasantly explained what he was doing and contacted a restoration company for me to help assess water damage.

Contacted Christian at 4:45 and the drain tech was here in 30 minutes! Did a great job unclogging the toilet. Clean, friendly, thorough.

Christian is extremely responsive, reasonably priced, and dedicated to getting the job right. My job was pretty challenging with an old house but he worked until the issues were resolved and was flexible in addressing the issues that arose. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for future jobs.

Andrew and Jeremy did a great job fixing our issue quickly and priced very fairly. I submitted a request for contact last night at 8:30PM and they were here to fix the issue asap.

Will be having them take on a few more projects for us in the near future!!!

I had a great experience with Cascade Clean Water. I called Friday morning and Jeremy and another employee were here in a few hours. They fixed my leaking sink and toilet and referred me to a water mitigation company to check for damage in floor. Much appreciated and would definitely use again.
