DryTike Restoration was the best. They were able to get someone out immediately to help with our house leak. Mark was great. Assessed and fixed the problem quickly. If I ever have a need, I would definitely use DryTime again and recommend them to everyone!

We were referred to DY by our plumber. What went from a little water leak led to a discovery of major damage to our kitchen.
Danielle was prompt, friendly and impressive in her knowledge of what we could expect. She explained the process thoroughly and was patient with questions.
The crew that worked on the demolition, were respectful (caring!) and went above and beyond our expectations. They knew how stressful the situation was and were reassuring. There was absolutely nothing I would report as a negative.

Matt, Andrew and Cole were fantastic. Not only were they prompt and communicated very well, they were completely candid about needing better test results from a different company that did the testing and was not thorough enough. Instead of just trying to rip open walls and start guessing on what needed to be repaired, they made sure they were looking into the right places. They provided me with a thorough estimate prior to doing any work. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest..
All of these things speak volumes about the integrity of this company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone .

The response was prompt; the price was reasonable; the work was quality; the clean up was thorough. But Justin's (Customer Service Rep) empathetic listening, genuine desire to understand our concerns, and his expert knowledge of both the technical and human aspects of this ungodly lengthily, life-disrupting process was the "Sanity saving grace" in helping us get through the time takes to do a truly professional job. That is so opposite to the typical "customer service" response now prevalent in America. His approach creates and leaves a favorable impression about DryTime Restoration, and makes me glad to be able to share these earned remarks.

Are you here because something just went wrong in your house, and you’re kind of freaking out? Stop, and call these people. These are your people.

Our toilet overflowed and left water in the ceiling. I called them and explained, and Ian worked it out so that he could come check it out the next day. I didn’t know the first thing about what to do, how insurance works, needing to immediately mitigate, anything. Ian gave me the honest advice and I can tell you from the other side of mitigation—9 affected areas later—trusting him paid off.

Start to finish, everyone we interacted with was down to earth and honest and just was on their shit. As someone who is cynical about business and insurance, these dudes were quite literally like my advocates with the whole process, insurance steps included. They made sure they were there bright and early when the insurance adjuster came.. all of it. I immediately trusted them for advice.

At the end, Aris came along just to help us with the next steps of reconstruction—something DryTime doesn’t even necessarily do themselves. He just wanted us to be set up for everything. Even the weekend people who came to check how the moisture was dissipating were awesome. Text me to let me know they locked up behind them when I had to leave before them.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about the people that were all up in my business for days. I was really happy to have them on our side.

We’ve had a very positive experience with DryTime, who we hired to remediate our dishwasher leak and associated damage. They responded promptly, quickly took action to help us stabilize the situation, and helped us understand our options for remediation. DryTime Restoration performed water mitigation services for us after a water leak in our kitchen. Patrick and his team were very professional, efficient and timely, and easy to communicate with. When it came to communicating with our insurance provider, Justin was able to effectively negotiate a result that was agreeable to all parties. I would heartily recommend DryTime for your water mitigation needs.

December 18 after 11 at night I woke to find 4inches of water in our finished basement. My first and only call was to DryTine Restoration. They were at my house in less than an hour even though it was a crazy storm outside and they are at least 50min away from my house. Matt, Ashton and Blake showed up and told me to relax and they would take care of it and they worked tirelessly throughout the night not leaving till 6am. Unbelievable service and attitude from all of them they turned an emergency into the best experience I could have had considering the situation. I will recommend these guys forever. Matt and Anthony offered same day inspection of the water damage from a shower faucet leak. They evaluated the damage and started dehumidifying right away. We are happy with their suggestions and look forward to working with them.

Daniel Hahn came to our home for a possible bathroom leak, at which time he noticed our kitchen floor had not dried from water saturation. It didn't take him 10 minutes before making the decision to set up his equipment and begin an emergency dry out phase. As the Project Manager he oversaw all aspects of our mitigation, demolition, and dry out claim. He and his crew handled themselves with friendly and considerate professionalism. I'm grateful to have had Daniel as our fist point of contact. I highly recommend Daniel for anything you need. His skills are uniquely his, and his alone.

Drytime came out within an hour of being called about a leak from a rusted through drain pipe in our kitchen. Mark, our project manager, was very thorough in our assessment and patient with our questions. His communication throughout the process was fantastic. Mark, Blake K, and Jesse did a really great job with the work that had to be done. They were all kind, professional, and knowledgeable. As first time home owners, they really made us feel like we were in good hands!

Matt is so amazing and so helpful. My husband calle this company and they called back with in minute and sent Matt out to our home that day. He came back the very next day to start setting up. The 3rd day Matt, Andrew, Blake and Patrick all showed up and got our home all cleaned and taken care of. Very friendly efficient kept there work areas clean. Highly recommend this company and there amazing staff.

The dry time team of Patrick, Matt, Anthony and Blake did an outstanding job in remediating the mold and moisture problem we encountered under our house. We had leaks in two pipes, hot water pipes that created significant moisture, which was absorbed by the plywood on the wall walls and created mold. Dry time did an excellent job in removing the mold, drying the space and cleaning up after their work just truly outstanding.

We can not say enough good things about DryTime Restoration!! This company goes above and beyond for its customers.
They are very up front about the demolition needed, what type of fans/heaters, noise level and all. Lucky, for us, our pipe leak was caught just as it started. We didn't have any mold or dry rot, just a little moisture reading from the tool they brought. They schedule us in right away and moved quickly getting everything set up. We had everything on for about 5 days, just to make sure things were bone dry. They even wrote us a great and detailed report for our insurance company.
When our insurance company denied our claim, they extended our due date for their bill and emailed our insurance company, again, with even more details and information. Sadly, our insurance company denied it a 2nd time but DryTime Restoration has been very responsive and reasonable with us regarding payment :)

Every employee, that came to our house during this whole process, was respectful of our home, polite and very professional. Same goes for the employees we had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone and through email! Thank you DryTime Restoration!

We were getting AC installed and someone drilled through our sewer pipe (which then leaked into our wall). Valerye, Cory, and Josh did an absolutely fantastic job taking down the wall and cleaning everything up. I can also highly recommend DryTime’s rebuilding arm (Minuteman Construction) for putting everything back together!

We recently discovered unexpected water damage and some mold in our home from a hidden leak, and it was a stressful situation to say the least. We called Dry Time Restoration, and they had a technician—Ricky—at our house within just a few hours. He immediately put us at ease. Ricky not only remediated the immediate issue quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to walk us through the entire process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood what to expect next. His patience and thoroughness really stood out.

The team that later came to handle the demo and deeper cleaning did an excellent job as well—efficient, careful, and respectful of our home. I also had several interactions with Justin from their office, and every conversation was smooth, clear, and genuinely helpful.

We have had water damage issues in our home and both were handled expertly by the people of NW Prestige. From the Ian’s quick response in the estimate stage to Rolland’s friendly and efficient oversight, the job was completed to our 100% satisfaction!
