ROCKET'S TEAM IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, RAPID RESPONSE TIMELY, UNDERSTANDING, PERSONABLE AND WILL RESPECT YOUR PROPERTY AND TIME! RICH, THE LEADER, COORDINATED EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS AS IF IT WAS HIS OWN HOME. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS PERFECTION. THE PRICE I WAS PROVIDED WAS UNBELIEVELY LOW, DESPITE THE AMOUNT OF LABOR AND MATERIALS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. AN EXPIRED WARRANTY WAS NEGOTIATED TO SAFE ME ALL THE EXPENSE OF MATERIALS AND LABOR! ROCKET WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY REGARD. I RECIEVED COMUNICATION THROUGHOUT EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS TO SCHEDULE EVERYTHING ON MY SCHEDULE. THE PROPERTY WILL DEFINITY BE RESTORED TO ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ADDED VALUE!

We can't recommend this company enough! When we reached out they came out the very next day, quickly identified the water issue and went to work right away to stop the leak and repair the damages. They truly care about their customers and it shows in everything the do.

Working with Rich and his crew has been amazing! We had water/mold issues in the finished basement of our 1909 house. Rich came out, did the inspection, drying, removal & remediation. Even had his team check out the progress a couple of times. Everyone we worked with was awesome. Rich was a wealth of knowledge & made us feel so much less overwhelmed about this ordeal! Hopefully we don’t have another issue like this again, but if we do, we know who to call!

We had a great experience working with them—they have been honest, efficient, kind, and super responsive the entire time. Rich ensured that we were taken care of each step of the way and made the process as little stressful as possible for us. When things felt confusing and frustrating with our insurance, Rich and the team were quick to reassure us and took a lot of the guessing work out of it by managing the insurance process themselves. They really know what they’re doing!

From the very beginning, they helped us figure out what was going on and didn’t waste any time getting things moving. They were even driving from Vancouver, WA to Salem, OR almost daily to check on our bathroom mitigation progress, which blew us away.

They also helped connect us with a contractor for the rebuild, which made things so much easier. The whole process felt way less stressful thanks to how relaxed, understanding, and reassuring they were. Super helpful, professional, and just genuinely good people. We’d absolutely recommend Rocket Restoration to anyone who needs help—they really went above and beyond for us.

Rich and his team have been awesome! We had another issue and used a different company before who really discouraged us, but Rocket Restoration has restored our trust in water restoration and rebuilding. I would definitely recommend using them if you happen to have any unforeseen circumstances where you need help with getting your home back after water damage. They have been on top of everything and got us in touch with a contractor who also has been straight forward with us and everyone has been reasonable and affordable. Great experience this time around!

Rich and his crew at Rocket Restoration are great! I had a plumbing issue that caused damage but Rich and his crew were able to get it quickly resolved leaving the damaged areas as good as new. Everyone was friendly and professional doing quality work leaving me a very satisfied customer. They are definitely going be be my go to guys for any similar issues that may arise in the future.
