I was very impressed with American Air. We used them to install a new system for our church. The owner took the time to explain everything in detail and give us various options. The crew went over and above the normal installation and spent extra time to install extra things that were needed. I would recommend giving them a call for any of your A/C, heating needs.

We highly recommend American Air...we had our AC stop working on an extremely hot day, on the weekend, and contacted them asking for help. They sent someone within about 20 minutes, and got it fixed right away. They are always very responsive, very polite, and get there quickly. They make each client feel like a priority, and treat them like a priority. We are so glad that people recommended we use this company when we needed HVAC help...now we know why everyone loves them. :) (Special shoutout to Tim! Thanks for always getting us taken care of!)

I recently had to replace my 30 year old furnace & AC equipment. I chose American Air & had the pleasure of working with Dan & his technicians. They were all very professional & knowledgeable & didn't hesitate to answer my questions. They did a great job & hauled away all of the old equipment. I really like my new American standard system.

I called American on a Sunday afternoon for an A/C that was not working. The owner answered the phone. It was about 100 degrees outside. Dan, the owner had someone at the property within an hour. I had to pay a Sunday rate, but it was more important that the response was fast given the heat outside. I would estimate the A/C was repaired within 2 hrs. of the initial call. Dan was friendly understood the importance of speed given the heat and it was much appreciated. I'll use them again.

I should mention Total Comfort Solutions was the company I've used in the past but my last experience was not only poor but I was overcharged. When brought to the attention of the owner he was rude and unprofessional. I won't use them again.

Had a problem on a very warm day. Called the next day and they had a tech (Joshua) drop in and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Cool air is flowing again. Many thanks.

Impressed with this service! They sent a technician out the same day I called. Seth was helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I'll definitely use them again for future HVAC issues.

I would recommend American Air to anyone and everyone. Dan and his crew are amazing! Helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable. If you need any kind of HVAC work done American Air should be the first call you make.

Excellent service, prompt and would use them again

The air conditioning at my mother's house failed and American Air was able to completely replace the 20 year old system within a week. New system works great and we are very happy with all their effort.

I had the privilege of having American Air install my gas line for my range about a month or so ago and Dan was so kind and easy to work with. The guys came by and installed it within an hour and had everything up and running for me. I am so thankful for their timeliness and professionalism. Had a great experience after my AC unit decided to take a vacation right as we are heading into the hot season. Overall quick response and fast/friendly service.

Employee was friendly and quickly fixed the issue. He discussed options and costs to ensure I knew the risks/benefits of each option before proceeding. We were given a text shortly before the employee got to our home and he showed between the original time frame given.

After my clients raved about the quality of work from American Air I was so excited to be able to give them a try. From the very beginning they worked closely with us to hammer out the costs, how we would pay, and the rebates we would receive. Installation was smooth, efficient, and didn’t disrupt our daily life. The crew that came and did the work were friendly, polite, and tidied up after themselves. We are loving our ductless heat pumps and I would continue to recommend American Air to anyone needing hvac, heating, and cooling work done at their home.

Dan and the team at American Air did an excellent job with the new heating system. Great communication and fantastic customer friendly. Everyone very professional and made sure all our needs were met, especially during a very busy time with extreme summer heat. Dan, the owner of the store actually took my after hours called to give me peace of mind they could get a tech out the next day. Hayden, the tech that came out for repair was wonderful competent and efficiently. Got my heat back on. And the price was great. Highly highly recommend!

The business owner fit me in the day after I called, when all his techs were busy. Not only that, he helped make sure my new appliance could be successfully installed later, which included cutting a bigger hole in the back of some cabinetry. Helpful, prompt, friendly, and trustworthy. 10/10!

American Air provided the most competitive quote for our new home AC, furnace and fireplace. They installed the equipment on time and efficiently, and followed up regularly as the job progressed. Their employees were courteous, clean and on-time.
July 2023 update - Our system had been serviced annually since installation. We are completely happy with the results.

Dan and American Air were great from start to finish. From the first day they came to give a quote Dan was up front and honest about everything. They installed the system quickly and we have loved everyday since with the new ductless system. What I really loved about American Air is the how they went above and beyond. Once they finished the install they helped complete our rebate application and gave us everything we needed. Then a few weeks later upon receiving a message from the power company that our application needed more info Dan took it upon himself to reach out to them to be sure this was taken care of.

I highly recommend using this company.

Outstanding service! So glad I chose American Air last Fall, when I signed up for their Preventative Protection Plan. Dan and his team are so professional, courteous and thorough. I trust them to take care of my new air conditioning and heating units (which they just installed in ONE day, including a new Smart Control thermostat), as well as my older gas fireplace. We had been limping through for years with a ceiling fan and window ac unit. The heat wave this summer got us to make a phone call and since i had used american air heating and cooling in the past for parts and had great service, we decided to use them for an estimate and consultation. We ended up working with Drew to get an estimate and listen to his thoughts and advice. It was a great consultation and we had pretty much decided the next day we would get on the schedule before next heat wave moved through. The installation went quick and did a wonderful job, they did a walk-through to inspect installations work, all in all it was an incredibly painless process that I was avoiding for years. I cannot truly put a price on how comforting it is knowing that I can regulate the temperature in my house and need not worry about my furnace breaking down, and even if it did, I would have their support here to help. Thank you Drew and team for all your hard work and taking care of us here! We recommend anyone who is looking at a system upgrade to start here. You too may find exactly what you need and want.
