Wayne and Clay came out to service our commercial heating and a/c unit. They were on time, professional, efficient and cost effective. I would recommend Young’s Heating and Cooling.

I just wanted to let patrons know that a very conscientious and talented plumber has been put in charge of Young's New Plumbing division. A great company and I'm sure with this added division Jason Miller will continue to make it a respectable and successful business!
He has done plumbing for me and I couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Anthony came out to do our annual fireplace cleaning. He was great! Quick, efficient, kind, and respectful! Left our fireplace lookin good!

We were recommended to Young's heating and cooling by our previous vendor. That turned out to be an excellent call. We joined Young's preventive maintenance program last year and they have been proactive in making certain our system as well that after. Anthony was great in conducting the maintenance on our HVAC system this spring. Very helpful and informative. Within an hour of his departure we had a report on the health of our system including exactly what it been done to keep it in good order.

I had Young's heating and cooling do electrical work for me and plumbing work for me on a gas line. Jason the plumber took great care to get the job right. He was a pleasure to work with extremely knowledgeable and absolutely a consummate professional. I highly recommend Jason before any

Carlos & his co-worker were over the top wonderful & helped me out tremendously!!! Anthony and Adrian were the service technicians from Young’s heating and cooling that came to do the duct cleaning in my home. Both were extremely polite and courteous. I felt as though they did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly recommend them For cleaning your furnace and ductwork.

I initially hired Louis Z to provide estimates for electrical work, and his professionalism and honesty earned my business. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with excellent quality and fair pricing. The office lady was also very polite and informative. Highly recommended!

I had Luis and Carlos come in to install a couple of new light fixtures! They are very friendly and answered all of my questions and even gave great recommendations. The one in the hallway looked tricky but they got it done quickly and efficiently! They were able to rewire a few things to get the lighting set up the way I wanted. I’m currently on their electrical maintenance plan (as well as the HVAC!) which gives us a wonderful deal on the light installation service today.

I highly recommend this company to get your HVAC and electrical taken cared by them! Great price and work!

Their friendliness, exceptional customer service, reasonable pricing, and quality of work was worth canceling with Campbell and Company. Luis Zarate performed our electrical work and he was great! Very friendly, sense of humor, communicated well, and got the work done quick and with excellent quality. I look forward to continuing to work with this company and their 5-star staff.

We also had Alex and Anthony out to perform duct work! They, too, knocked it out of the park! This entire team is exceptional to work with. Quick and quality work for a fair price, though those on the team are what truly make this company shine.

Time for a six-month check up. Jacob England called me before he left Walla Walla to let me know he would be at my house soon. When he arrived, we did a walk-thru and he completed his duties. Afterward, we discussed continued maintenance visits and he answered a few of my questions.
Young's is so professional, and their great customer service tops everything off! Everything works out seamlessly, the employees are very polite and knowledgeable, so it leaves me feeling very confident in their service.

Carlos Unrincho did a fabulous job and is such a nice and professional man. We are very happy with the initial contact, estimate, scheduling and install. We will come back for other work. Highly recommended.

I had a new heat pump and HVAC installed in my home. Kaleb was great. He explained what was needed and provided an accurate estimate on site. Young’s works with a financing company so getting that set up was easy and done while Kaleb was here. Installation day was great. The team was very professional and explained what they were doing. They finished on time as well. Wayne came a couple of days later and checked everything and explained how the user interface works. He set up my standard settings with me. All the guys were very nice and personable. Everything was done when they said it would be. Awesome customer service!!!

Carlos Unrincho addressed every electrical concern I had in my home and then some. He arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained everything as he went along. He ended up fixing some other electrical issues I had. No question who I will be calling in the future for any electrical issues I have. Thanks Carlos

We had a ductless unit installed and the technicians Brendan Donovan and Alex Dill did an amazing job, they were very professional and prompt.

The electrician arrived within the time window that I was given, completed the replacement of the bathroom exhaust fan in 2 hours as estimated in the bid, and cleaned up. I am very happy with the service and quality of the work.
