I have nothing but positive things to say about James Bizzell from Experts Heating & Cooling. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and taking the time to explain everything to me. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it very fast. Reasonably priced.
I would definitely recommend Experts Heating and Cooling and James Bizzell.

We woke up in the morning and discovered our heating system was not working. By that afternoon, a technician from Experts Heating had Cooling was on scene and was able to diagnose and fix the issue promptly. Our system is now up and running and ready for whatever the holiday season has in store for us. The technician was great, service was great, and the price was reasonable. Come spring, we intend on having Experts come out and service our entire heating and cooling system.

Super friendly! James was knowledgeable and explained the problems and solutions and fixed our AC unit quickly. My dog loves him. Highly recommended, thank you!

Truly are experts!!! They found several problems I was having that other companies couldn’t find. Also purchased a new heating/ac system very clean professional install great system our upstairs now heats and cools. Other companies just told me systems don’t cool upstairs.

We called yesterday when our furnace stopped working and they sent James out a couple hours later. He diagnosed our furnace and unfortunately needed to pick up a part. He came back today and fixed our furnace. We could not be more thankful to James for being so kind and polite. I asked him questions while he worked about how our furnace operated and he had no problems answering all my silly questions. Their pricing was so fair. We will sleep good tonight and are feeling VERY grateful to be able to press a button and have warmth. Thank you James and Experts Heating and Cooling!

Ricky was a great technician. He showed me what was wrong with my heat exchange that there was a crack in it. The office was very concise and wrote up my invoice and showed me what I needed for my home warranty. They are great people to work with and highly recommend for future endeavors if needed. Brittany was a delight to work with.

Requested follow up from a previous visit, technician informed me when they were on the way and showed within the arrival window. They performed a more thorough inspection and identified problems beyond the original inspection that were a direct cause of the first issue. Follow on repairs to be performed.

My motor arrived quickly and was installed soon after. Now my minisplit runs silently and hopefully will keep running for many more years.

The real standout was their Lead Technician, James. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with our many questions, and genuinely enthusiastic about explaining the ins and outs of heat pump systems. His clear explanations and engaging stories made the technical aspects easy to understand, which we really appreciated!

Lastly, it feels great to support a small, local business. We discovered them through the Clark PUD heat pump rebate program and its list of partnered contractors, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. :)

Called first thing in the morning and was able to secure a same day appt. Ricky came out and found the problem right away. He was amazing in repairing the issue in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely call them again for any new issues.

James found the problem and fixed it Pronto! Thank God they were able to send someone out right away. The first place I called said their earliest appointment was a week from now! Not what I wanted to hear when upper 90s are forecast for the next week. Very happy with Experts.

This company is so professional and helpful. I really feel like I was in the best hands for this installation. From the quote to the installation today. All first class. The installation is 10 times better than the old one I had. It looks great! And the unit is more powerful than my old one. We will be cool all summer! Side note, the installation guys were here right on time and so courteous , friendly and conscientious. They also were very concerned with what my preferences were with the installation. I rarely post reviews, but when I experienced the extraordinary service provided by Kyle, Brittany, and their team, I knew I needed to give them the recognition they deserve. In January, we decided it was time to replace our aging gas furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump.

The Experts team patiently took all the time necessary to answer my many questions and then identify and install the system needed for our home. I especially appreciated Kyle's supervision of the entire project, ensuring all elements were of the highest quality.

Several days after the installation was complete. I was surprised and pleased to receive a follow up call from Kyle, checking on how well the system was functioning for me. That kind of service from a contractor is rare today and wonderful to receive.

This company is fantastic, their tech was not only responsive and respectful, but he took the time to explain everything to me and taught me how to ensure my system stays in top order. The company also provides a text showing a pic of who my tech would be for safety and before he arrived, and when he got here, he showed me his credentials and ensured that he was licensed and qualified to do the work. The pricing is affordable and the quality is great. 5 stars for sure and we’ll for sure continue working with this company again.

So very pleased with the service from Experts Heating and Cooling. James was great, carefully explained the multiple issues with our AC and was able to take care of those in short order. Also provide great advice for replacing our aging system. Definitely will keep these guys for any future HVAC work and highly recommend them.
