Our tankless water heater decided to call it quits last night. Scheduled an appointment and Alex came out today and revived the old thing. Replaced the igniter board and we are praising the hot water gods! Going to run the laundry, dishwasher and hot showers all night long! Thanks Alex!

Furnace stopped working; Colin came out the next day and quickly found the cause, a faulty igniter switch. Fortunately Colin had a replacement switch in his truck; he replaced the switch, tested for any other issues and then performed the annual recommended maintenance since it was overdue. Excellent maintenance service and professional setup. I've been using Bob's Heating for over 10years now and receive consistently good service. If and when appliances fail, they take good care of addressing it efficiently and reliably - making customer good for the long term.

Professional and timely. I live in a condo and the furnace is in the basement. It’s a very very tight squeeze to get between the furnace and the water heater and the technician did a really great job making the best of a really awkward situation. He took the furnace apart did a complete inspection and the price was reasonable.

Tech called 30 min ahead of arrival. Performed inspections and documented results. Friendly and communicative.

Furnace performance metrics are only tracked on paper, which means its up to the customer to review previous metrics to notice any deviations which might indicate a component is failing. Would be great of this was digitized.

The Bobs heating team is reliable in fixing and fixing the issue related to HVAC. I have a good experience with them twice so far. Keep up the great work.

What a wonderful, knowledgeable, excellent person who came to help with our freezing cold furnace! I think his name was Ron, but I can' be sure. Even our dog loved him. Bob’s has always been the standard for great service and installation for our Furnace needs over the years. I guess I wasn’t aware that they also provided general cleaning for the HVAC system and had them out this week to perform that service which they did very well.
The team of two (Jordan and Benton) were timely, professional, pleasant and worked efficiently to clean the HVAC, a dryer vent and detailed what they were doing and why it’s important to perform this valuable service more often than most of us do.

We had Vinny come out to the house to do a yearly inspection on our furnace and two mini-splits. He was very thorough and showed me how to do quite a bit of the monthly maintenance on the filters and the condenser. Vinny was quick, so we didn't have to wait around too long for him to finish his work. We would certainly recommend him to any of Bob's customers.

Kramer came saved the day! They had a cancellation and he came two hrs earlier then planned which worked out for us. He did a thorough job and answered all of my questions which I really appreciated. Will be calling them again for routine maintenance.

Our tech did an excellent job explaining to me what they plan to do and they did an excellent job getting it done. I did have an issue arise and I called the company and was able to get someone to take a look within in the next 2 days. Appreciate that kind of customer service. From the easy scheduling process to the technician providing an ETA while en route and thorough feedback on the work completed, everything was seamless. The extra filter provided by the technician was a great added bonus.
