My last review of Ed’s could have been better because of a mixup on his part and probably an over reaction on my part. Ed came out and went above and beyond to not only fix the original issue but gain a lifetime customer. He completely went through the system cleaning and checking everything plus explaining it as he went. His knowledge and over all customer service is top notch. I will without a doubt use him for my next furnace issue and you should too. 5 stars!

Ed is absolutely the best. He's knowledgeable and charismatic. His prices are very fair. I recommend going to him for all your HVAC needs!

The service was truly superb and far exceeded my expectation! I explained our situation and expected to get scheduled sometime in the week. Brandon called me and made time to come out that same day. He knew the temperature would be in the 90's on Mother's day, so he came out this evening and got our cooling system back up running. He explained everything he was doing, walked me through the meter readings and what they meant. He tested everything to ensure we had cooling before the scorching temps hit. He was very friendly, down to earth and professional. What impressed me the most was that he made the time because he cares about people. I highly recommend Ed' Heating and Cooling, reasonably priced, great service with a caring heart. I will definitely be a return customer.
UPDATE: As I stated, I am a return customer still getting great service.

Our heat pump stopped working and we called Ed's Heating and Cooling to diagnose the problem. After testing the heat pump and the thermostat it was determined that the fan unit was inoperable. Ed ordered the parts necessary to repair the system and when the parts became available he called me and scheduled a time to come over and install the repair parts. The whole repair took him about 2 hours to install and test the heat output.

I want to mention here that Ed's Heating and Cooling was not the first place that I called. He was actually the second place that I called. I wanted a second opinion about what was necessary to repair our heat pump because the first place that I called claimed that our whole system needed replacement due to age and parts no longer being available to repair it. I was dubious about that diagnosis and I decided to get a second opinion. I am certainly glad that I did and more so because I ended up calling Ed's Heating and Cooling.

I cannot adequately express how satisfied that I am with Ed's expertise and professionalism. He ended up saving us about $8000 in unnecessary replacement of our heat pump. He was extremely polite and very patient when he explained what was actually wrong with our system, and how long it would take to get the parts and perform the repair. It is rare these days to find service professionals that are willing to take the time necessary to fully inform the customer what is wrong and ensure that the customer understands what the repair plan is. I appreciated that immensely.

One more thing of note is that Ed's Heating and Cooling offers Military, First Responder, and Senior's a 10% discount. That was certainly appreciated!

I couldn't recommend this company enough! Had Ed out today to install a heat pump that we had purchased based on someone else's information. Ed came out and got right to work. Never once tried to upsell or anything. He was very honest prior to any work starting that there could be issues that come up. He explained all things thoroughly and in terms a customer could understand. ED's heating and cooling will now be my go-to for anything heating and cooling related. Top notch customer service and quick scheduling.

Ed is a guy who knows what he’s talking about and really takes the time to tell you what’s wrong. He came out once before to help out and did an awesome job then too. I’ve got an old heater from 1977 original to the house and within 20 minutes of both visits he figured the problem and fixed it. He’s got a packed schedule for a reason and he’s military friendly. I can’t say enough about this guy and the help he’s given me and my family!

Thermostat screen went out. No air conditioning. On one of the hottest weekends of the year. One call and the HVAC hero was at the house and fixed the problem the same day. Strongly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Ed’s HVAC is top-notch! Ed came out promptly, diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds, and had us up and running with replacement parts in just a couple of hours. It’s hard to find good HVAC guys these days, but Ed is the real deal. We’ll definitely be back!

Ed asked a few questions over the phone to understand our issue. He came to our house 30 minutes later and was professional and friendly. He walked me through his process and explained all the steps he was taking to diagnose the issue. His explanations were easy to understand, and it was easier to see the issue. i had Eds come out to my house to check out why my hvac wasnt blowing hot or cold air since i called another company and they said they had to order parts before they could do anything. well after waiting 3 weeks with too many calls to that other company i got ahold of Eds. he was out the next day ( this Morning ) and got me up and running after finding problems with a couple wires. i own my own business to which i have service techs as well and i really appreciate honest service techs not wanting to go after the big kill just to make money. Eds has my business and word of mouth .

I had an issue with my heat not turning on and called Ed. He was extremely quick in his response and diagnosed the problem quickly to get the part replaced. He was clearly honest in his work and explained the process of his diagnoses as he was doing it. I am extremely grateful for his quick response and resolving the issue. Highly, highly recommended!

Ed was amazing and so easy to work with. Even on a weekend he was willing to come out and do an installation. Not only did he have outstanding customer service but he was willing to explain what he was doing. Being someone who enjoys learning this was just fascinating. Ed was awesome! Super efficient, direct and no nonsense. Stand-up guy and I would definitely recommend his services.
