Very knowledgeable, courteous and great work. I can't say enough about how professional they were. They installed a new heating and cooling unit for me and it works great. The price was very reasonable. They arrived on time and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use again! I can't recommend them enough.

Alex came within a half hour. I could smell something burning coming through my vents. He fixed the problem that day. Thankful for the quick response and repair. I would definitely refer them.

Recently purchased an ice machine and the company was good to work with. The guys that came and did the install were professional and got the job done and were back out of the office without knowing they were there.

The BEST heating and cooling system company that I have ever dealt with! I have had new systems put in while living in California and Florida, and the customer service and professionalism that I received today was top of the chain. Let me also add that when WV was having zero degree weather, my heat went out, and they came and saved me at 9:00pm. Today, I had my new unit installed. So much thanks and appreciate to Chris (the owner) and Alex and Ira...the very best technicians with a wealth of knowledge. Thank you all so much for the pricing and superb customer service. The techs came to tepaor a hvac unit. They were prompt at diagnosing the issue and repaired it quickly. I am a happy, cool customer. Thank you for being there when needed.

Alex is a very knowledgeable Technician who will explain his scope of work to you and makes sure you understand what you will be paying for. The company offers different levels of maintenance agreements. For example a 1 year maintenance agreement with the lowest package is cheaper than 2 regular maintenance visits, which are recommended every 6 months. You save over $50 by entering into a Silver package maintenance agreement. I have utilized Air-Tech on 3 occasions and have not been disappointed.

Super nice people who treat you fairly and they are there Not long after you call. They were here about two hours after I called . And Their very fair in their Rates. And it didn’t take all day.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Our furnace cut out with temps near 0. Another company came out and told us the part needed would be hard to find and would take at least a week because the furnace is a Lennox. Found Airtech online as a Lennox dealer. Scheduling was quick and efficient. Andrew came out at 9:00pm—-in the extreme cold—-to go into our crawl space. He took the time needed to find the issue. We didn’t need a new part-the tube that pulls water out had froze. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We’re so thankful—a great experience!

Great guy wish I remembered his name. But the lasts ones were great too. Recommend I maintenance plan keeps ya running right and saves on electric bill and wear and tear on unit. They've earned my trust which isn't super ez.

I called because my system needed charged on a Sunday. I called the night before at 930. They answered and were sympathetic to my needs and sent a tech out today. I was so glad I called, the tech Alex was really nice, professional, and informative. He was very efficient in what he did. Got us running again. Just from his professional and informative demeanor, we decided to purchase a new AC unit. This company has a great employee in Alex. Great companies have great people and provide exceptional service. This is one of those companies, you can't go wrong calling this company. Hopefully you'll get Alex as your tech.
