Terri is my A/C god. He has helped us thru repairs of an old unit, installation of a new unit and warranty work. He shows up. He has been to my house at all hours of the day. I have even had to hold lights for him so he could work so that my mom could have AC the next day. Long time customer, and the only one I will ever call. Honest and dependable. Too bad there aren't more starts for his service.

Tim Romeo was scheduled in the afternoon, but had a cancellation. He came in the morning, hours before a 95 degree day was going to happen.
All I needed was a new capacitor. Done.

Had some furnace problems. They were quick to answer the phone and the technician knew exactly what to do, was respectful, and professional, and was able to help me immediately. I will definitely call them first for any issues i have HVAC in the future.

Called a contractor that I had used before and trusted. He told me my air conditioner was done. Nothing to do but replace it. Would cost 5000 to 7000 thousand dollars. A friend recommended Terry Romeo from Artic Air. He came out same day. He was here for about 30 minutes and my air conditioner was fixed. He said my compressor was bad. Cost me 169 dollars. He is an angel. He saved me 7000 thousand dollars. I am a divorced woman, who knew nothing about these things. All I can do is trust that I am not being taken advantage of. Please take it from me, Artic Air is the company you want, the company you can trust. You can't go wrong. Call Terry first. He's the best.

My HVAC system is older and I’ve had some issues over the past year or so with it. Other companies have came out and said it needs replaced. Someone recommended Terry from Arctic Air and he was able to fix it and save me from having to completely replace it!

These guys are honest and fair to deal with for repairs or replacements! They are our “go to” company for HVAC, and sometimes plumbing work. We were very happy with their service; they came when they said they would; The work was done professionally, the price was fair, and they explained in detail the work they did for us. We highly recommend them!

Same day service was amazingly fast. I was told they would at my house is about 2 hours. He was here in 1 1/2 hour. Honestly he could have told me that something major was wrong with my air. As it turned out it was an easy fix for him. He even had to get a part but had my air working and cooling my house in no time.

Arctic Air has bailed me out twice. After two other companies worked on my ac this summer the unit went out yet again. Called Saturday night and they were here the next morning. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost.
I installed a Google nest thermostat and messed something up. Call Arctic Air to come take a look and they walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. Bought a 3.00 part and the issue was resolved.
Very good company that isn't looking just to make buck.

Arctic Air, LLC is spectacular! When both our AC units went out at once I got 3 bids. Arctic Air was in middle. I’m overjoyed with their knowledge and professional service! Glad we chose them. We chose to replace our AC and heating system which was installed in 1988. Highly recommend. ‼️

I would not recommend them they came and messed up my hvac and then they said they would not come back and fix it. So i called papy and they fixed it and they are very professional and cheaper

Came to repair a/c and now it’s hotter than it was before. They try to say it’s because it’s so hot outside but we’ve had 90 degree weather for 23 out of 31 days in July. Paid for nothing. I would not recommend this company of two brothers.
