Dodrill was a lifesaver! Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. They had a technician at our house within an hour of me calling. After the technician looked at our furnace, he said he could order parts to try to fix it, but recommended the unit be replaced due to being 31 years old. My wife and I decided to ask them for a quote for replacement. Scott drove an hour to our home to give us a quote the same Sunday. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. They had everything needed in stock and were able to come to our house Monday morning to replace the entire unit. The team that came to our house was very kind and professional. Their work was top notch! Now our home is being heated more efficiently and we have a peace of mind that our heating source will be dependable for years to come. If you want quality service in a timely manner, I highly recommend Dodrill for your heating and cooling needs.

Tech can out late on Saturday evening. Had the part we needed on his truck. He was gone in 30 minutes and we were so happy to have air conditioning again!

Had problem with outside unit leaning. Was an environmental issue. Scott and Wayne suggested a solution. Crew was on site at 8:00 AM and completed repair by noon. Great job guys ! Thanks !!

I can not say enough praise on the professionalism and service provided to us by Dodrill. More specifically by Scott Clark. Scott sold us our unit and was very knowledgeable in helping us to make the best selection for our family. Once we purchased the unit, there ended up being multiple issues with the product received at no fault of Dodrill. The warranty company was not doing the right thing by us and wanted to continue just replacing parts. This was a brand new unit and the amount of service it needed was unacceptable. We got a poor unit. Not Dodrill’s fault and sometimes these things happen. We just wanted what was right, to replace the unit instead of continuing band aids. I contacted Scott and he immediately jumped on the situation to ensure our complete satisfaction and would not take no for an answer. He was able to utilize his resources and set a meeting with the warranty technical team along with the owner and the technician (Brandon) who had been servicing our unit. After presenting our case and fighting for us as a customer of Dodrill, he was able to get the warranty company to agree to replace our unit. His relentless care for customer satisfaction and safety was unmatched and I can’t say enough positive things about him or Dodrill as a whole. He protected his company brand and ensured that his customer was treated fairly. Well done Scott!! We will continue to recommend Dodrill because of you and your service.

Could not be more happy with the service. Had an issue, called to report it. A service tech was onsite within the hour. Provided a temp fix to get the AC in service, ordered the replacement parts and was back onsite the next morning with permanent replacement parts installed before 9:30am.

Dennis was super knowledgeable about what was going on with our hvac-connected humidifier and fixed our problem quickly. He also performed maintenance on our furnace. He was quick, punctual, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

I've had Doddril install central heat and air in two houses. The price was good. The installation crew is fantastic. No problem can't be solved in a very timely manner. Both houses were older and had issues, they never blinked and finished the job leaving it cleaner than they found. Silly to go anywhere else 🤪.

Scott the salesman didn't try to "salesman" me. Responsive when we weren't happy with a small issue then came back quickly to remediate problem. Would recommend.
