I phoned Patriot Tree Experts to see if the company sold firewood. I spoke with a very helpful gentleman, Rick , who explained that they were currently out of wood because demand had been particularly high this year. He offered to refer me to another provider who had an ample supply. He was extremely helpful and polite and mentioned that I might want to get more than i think I need since winter weather started early this year. He wished me a Merry Christmas before hanging up. It was really encouraging to find a merchant who left such a positive impression after dealing with so many lately who do not!

We used Patriot Tree Experts to take down a very large maple in our South Hills backyard (Charleston), and I can’t say enough good things. I loved that tree — it was a beautiful part of our yard — but it started dying and rotting from the inside and became a serious hazard with how close it was to our house. It genuinely broke my heart to remove it.

Rick came out, walked the yard with us, explained the plan clearly, and you could tell he’s knowledgeable and has real respect for trees. The crew showed up on time in November, worked efficiently while I was at work, and even paid attention to our dog when my kids needed to let him out. They finished in two days, stacked some of the wood for us, and hauled the rest away. The price was also very good — lower than other quotes I’d gotten. They made a tough process easy, and I’d hire them again without hesitation.

We are very pleased with our experience with Patriot Tree Experts. Rick was very responsive and came to our home to give us an estimate within a day or two of our initial call. Buck and his crew did a wonderful job, from cutting our trees to clean up. Highly recommend!

I called Patriot Tree Experts for a tree that landed on my house and across my road. Rick was prompt and enlightening. He walked me through the process and told me exactly what to expect. I called him on Friday evening around 1400. By 0900 the next morning Dave and Buck were on the roof clearing limbs. The crew worked constantly. Never stopped. They cleared all of the debris and cleaned up the stumps. Everyone was so very helpful and all of them veterans. I enjoying working with veteran owned companies and will continue to support these gentlemen in the future.

They had to delay a day because of the weather but they called in advance and were here bright and early the next day. They cut down two trees and trimmed several others around the house. Their prices were fair. The owner is very good at communicating with you and was also very professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

This was truly a very satisfying experience! They arrived on time . We reviewed what we wanted accomplished. They listened to my needs and went and systematically went about their work. You could tell from the beginning they were professional in how they executed each tree they worked. They were also very safety conscious and careful with not damaging our house which was a concern. They removed a large tree that was approximately 5 feet from the house which was close to 40 feet in height.

After purchasing a home that had many trees putting my home in danger if they were to fall, I reached out to Patriot Tree Experts. They had a tight schedule but were willing and able to fit me in within the week, putting me at ease of keeping my home safe. Rick was quick to come and assess what I needed done as well as give a very reasonable price. Buck and Dylan showed up exactly on time. They were very professional and respectful of my property. Buck is very knowledge within his line of work considering the high risk of tree climbing. I am very happy with my services performed by the Patriot crew. I will be using them again in the future when needed!

Today, we had 2 Bartlett trees trimmed and shaped and stump grinding on a couple of tree roots from a previous removed tree. They did a great job. They cleaned up to where you couldn’t even tell they were here.
