When our heat pump quit on a Saturday, called B&G Heating and Cooling. Within one hour (no exaggeration - looked at clock when I hung up), our heat pump was fixed. Excellent service! Very nice repairman! Would call them again!

I had a part go out on our air unit the day before our vacation. They let me schedule for the day we wanted when we returned and were there first thing that morning. I didnt get the techs name but he was super nice and did a great job as cheaply as was possible.

B &G has serviced our unit twice in 6 years. They do fantastic work and charge reasonable prices. The technician we've had was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I hope we don't need a HVAC service call for at least another 6 years, but when we do, they'll always be the ones we call.

Had B&G install ac unit & do some major upgrades to my vents! They also were willing to repair another contractors lack of attention to detail & make it RIGHT ! To begin, I see this family supporting our county fair every year and they’re local to me so they have my favor straight away.
B&G installed my home HVAC in 2010. Since then I’ve only had them out once to add a bit of gas and once to change a capacitor on the compressor. Response time had been same day and service charges were appropriate.
Yesterday, they completed the installation of a daul zone mini split at my office. They evaluated the job with notable concern to match the system to my building’s size and unique insulation value. They ordered the equipment and scheduled the install swiftly. The one-day install was painless. They met my request to place the unit where I wanted it on the roof 😬. Everything was finished to industry best practices and they cleaned up 🧹 like they hadn’t been there. The crew worked together with professionalism and respect for one-another and my customers. Their long spanning experience in the HVAC business was evident.
