We have used Wayne on several different occasions for home and at camp . He’s very prompt on getting to us and getting our problems solved . First time using Advanced Air Solutions of Cross Lanes, WV - this was a referral from a good friend - excellent service all the way around. Wayne, the owner, is the go to person for all HVAC problems. Reasonable rates!!

Wayne Haas and the crew at Advanced Air Solutions are highly skilled, competent, capable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced professionals who work quickly and professionally at affordable rates. They replaced my old failing heat pump and air handler in just one morning with an excellent selection of modern, efficient, high-quality, and very competitively priced equipment that Mr. Haas suggested and with which I am extremely pleased. Communication was prompt and professional, with emails, phone calls, and text messages returned immediately, candidly, and clearly. This company doesn’t employ expensive, disingenuous sales personnel who attempt to pressure you into buying (or worse – dupe you into leasing) the wrong overpriced HVAC system. Instead, they rely on honesty and decades of experience to guide their customers the proper direction for such a large and essential purchase. Since I now have a new heating and cooling system, I don’t anticipate having operational or maintenance issues soon; however, when I do, I will certainly call Advanced Air Solutions again. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

I called advanced to service an issue i was having with my air conditioning unit. wayne was very knowledgeable and professional. he was quick to respond and fix the issue. he gave me an extremely good price as well. i cant say enough about advanced. i will be calling advanced for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

I have used Wayne for both my heating and cooling. He goes out of his way to make sure you are taking care of. Reasonable prices and great service. I would definitely recommend him for all your heating & cooling needs.

My a/c went out on Friday evening. Called Advanced Air Solutions on Saturday evening after another plan fell through. I'm gald it did now because I found a new heating and cooling compnay. Wayne called back a few minutes later. He came to the house on a Sunday morning because he didn't want us to wait until Monday. Problem fixed and the house is cooling again. Very nice guy, awesome service. Will definitely use again!

Great response to questions and reliable service. Wayne always responds and provides great customer service. I would and actually have recommended Advanced Air Solutions. If you want a good product at a good price and quality service, they are the ones to go with.

Wayne was excellent to work with. He explained my heat pump then promptly installed a new one when the old one failed. He then talked to me about thermostats but told me to research and see if I thought I’d like the one he recommended. He installed it and all works perfectly now.

Excellent service! Almost 5pm on Memorial Day weekend with no air conditioning, Wayne called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail and got me going! Thank you Advanced Air Solutions for being there when we were in a hot spot, you got us cooled down.

I used the website to contact these guys. They were super quick to respond, gave me an idea for timeframe on getting me an appointment and constantly kept me up to date. When they got here, they were super quick to walk me through the process, find the problem and literally fixed it in minutes. This was amazing considering it was an AC not working in the summer. Ecstatic with the quickness and the price was fantastic as well. Absolutely recommend and would use again.

Made four phone calls last night theseguys called back in five minutes, we had communication through text sent Wayne pictures and he found the compacitor that was needed. It has been long time since i’ve gotten the response I got today from any air conditioner company. Words can’t express my appreciation for the service my family received today.

I had AC problems one evening, and Wayne was the only business who called me back in a timely manner. My HVAC system was decades old, and I had been trying to make it stretch as long as I could. I purchased a new HVAC system from Wayne, and the savings on my electric bill is paying for the new system. I regret not getting one sooner. My old system also didn't have enough tons to cool my home, which is why it's never been truly comfortable. The temp is perfect now, and my bills are lower! I also qualified for a 0% card to finance the new system, which was very affordable. Wayne was very communicative through this whole process. It's really rare to receive this quality of customer service these days. I have no reservations in recommending him for any home or business project.

The first hot day of the year 2022 came and to my horror I realized I was not getting cool air from my HVAC vents. I did a quick Google search and found Advanced Air Solutions was in a neighboring town. I gave them a call and was told to check my filter first and foremost. Being a relatively new homeowner I was unaware that this is something the needed to be done every month or so. That didn't fix it, so we made an appointment for Advanced Air Solutions to come check out our unit to see what the problem might be.

Turns out the problem was that my AC unit was 32 years old and on its last legs. We were quoted a price but were unsure of how much these things cost and consulted a friend on the matter. Our friend told us the the price was very reasonable, and so once we acquired the money we booked a date for the replacement of the AC unit. Advanced Air Solutions was at my home on time and finished the job in around 4 hours.

They also took the time to give us some tips on how to get the most of out our new AC unit, and repaired a possible issue that could have been dangerous for us when winter came around and we started using our heater.

So to complete my "review/story". I would highly recommend Advanced Air Solutions. They are very professional, have fair pricing, and go the extra mile to make sure costumers are happy. You for sure can hire them to get the job done with no reservations.
