I highly recommend Cragg & Son for tree services. They were very professional, efficient and thorough in removing 4 large trees and pruning several others. They cut down and removed large pin oak trees in what I would consider tight areas, all the while being safety conscious. They completed the job with grinding the stumps and adding soil, grass and straw to help out our lawn. I would like to also add that we did get several quotes and theirs was competitive with all of the others. I am so glad we chose Cragg!

We are so happy with the work Mr. Cragg did in our backyard. He was very courteous, knowledgeable about trees, and always followed through with what he said he'd do. We had a "jungle" in our backyard, which had grown into fences and power lines, and they did a wonderful job getting it all down. We would definitely use him again in the future. He was very professional, hardworking, and skilled. Couldn't say enough good things about this company!

I contacted 4 different businesses about getting my parents hill plowed and salted since I no longer live nearby and my dad is physically unable to do it. I wanted it done promptly and for a reasonable cost and Mr. Cragg at Cragg & Son Tree Company LLC has done just that. He communicates well and I don’t have to worry if it’s being done correctly, which are two difficult traits to find these days, unfortunately. If you’re looking for a guy in the Kanawha Valley, I found ‘em for ya!

Would highly recommend them. We had very large hickory tree located between two very close older homes. Will Cragg responded to our request for a quote and took his time assessing the situation. He was considering the best options as both homes have tile roofs with which he didn't want to come into contact. We agreed to his price and he removed the tree the next week. His team was hard-working, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. No fences, patios or roofs were damaged. His team thoroughly cleaned all debris when they were finished. It was a big, tricky job and we couldn't have been more pleased with Cragg & Sons.

Where to start,
I broke down near Cragg & Son Tree Company. Thinking my transmission was low on fluid and nowhere near an auto shop, I found him on Google Maps and crossed my fingers hoping for a miracle. I called him to see if he could help.
As a business owner he immediately asked where I was and sent one of his employees over with transmission fluid to help.
This review shows how amazing the owner of the company’s character is and if I lived near him I would 1000% Trust his abilities to perform stellar work!

Horrible communication.
Never felt like this job was a priority or even wanted. 6 weeks of asking when they were coming and they just kept saying we’ll come this week and then no one would show.
Couldn’t recommend this company to anyone Wish it could be zero stars
