Excellent, efficient work. No foul language or safety concerns. Derrick and his assistant did a great job, followed by cleanup. I couldnt be more pleased.

I have had very good experiences with the technician (James Legg) and the tree pruning crew. The pruners set everything on the right course and James has followed our agreed upon spray schedule (for insects and fungus, in addition to deep root feeding) and provided advice about our options. Of course, Ed Legg came out first to assess our needs and proposed solutions to our problems. Working with them on our options has been a great pleasure. Our neighbor needs help with a tree and I have recommended Ed, James and the various crews to help. I would recommend them to anyone needing such landscaping services.

I would add that the Davey Tree company requires continuing education for its employees all over the country in all aspects of their endeavor and you will see what a difference this makes as you work with their employees who by the way seems happy in their work.

A tree size beech limb fell on my roof and deck and also caused another tree to fall and a third to take significant damage. A neighbor recommended them to me and they responded quickly. They were professional, fast, and thorough in removing all the trees and debris.

We've been customers for over 20 years now. We've had quite a few trees removed, and many trimmed. One of their best maintenance programs is the annual deep-root fertilizing of all trees. With Davey you'll always know what you're paying for, and what you are going to get. And they're honest: When you have them out for a free consultation they aren't going to find a way to make work for themselves, they're going to help you figure out what - if anything - needs to done. We've never been "sold a job" that wasn't necessary. Consider us very satisfied repeat customers!

These guys were fast and professional. I called on Thursday the estimator came and gave a very reasonable quote. The next day at 8am the crew came did excellent work. Two trees down and cleaned up in 90 minutes. It was really cold and my daughter wanted to tip them so we did. Thank you so much guys

Had major tree fall on our house. Quick to respond and provided reasonable estimate and had crew on site almost immediately. Took 3 days to complete work working very efficiently. All workers were professional and polite. When finished, site was clean and grade brought back to original. Could not have been more pleased with their work. Everyone involved from receptionist to estimator to workers were fantastic. Great ambassadors for the company. Highest possible rating. Recommended above anyone else.

We are so disappointed. Up until this year, we had no complaints with our service. Our lawn always looked nice. This year, it has been awful. We have the worst looking lawn in the neighborhood. They were not interested in hearing why we were upset or what our concerns were. They never offered to even make an attempt to fix it. They made no attempt to salvage a long-time customer, who to this point, had never called with a concern. The receptionist clearly did not want to hear about our concerns. Zero customer service/service recovery.

Stops by home unscheduled and uninvited nosing around my property before 8 am on a weekday. Do these people have any common sense or common courtesy? What idiots.
