As the owner of Garrison Designs in Huntington we were in desperate need of help after the electric company had to turn off our electric due to the meter getting too hot. After inspection they realized the meter housing and service wire was faulty. Therefore it was our responsibility to replace. This was at 11:30 Am on February 10th. We are a florist preparing for Valentines Day with no electric to our store or coolers. We called Dixon and within 30 minutes they were there to repair it and within an hour we were calling AEP to replace the meter and turn the electric back on. By 2:00 all employees were back to work, we were open and back in business. Thank you Dixon Electric for your prompt reaction, skill and service!!
