Love Brian and the guys at BMS! Great, fast, and friendly service. We have a flower shop and are very dependent on our cooling system. We have used them several times for various reasons, and they always have us up and running within no time. We highly recommend them for your next job. Always on time. This is the second time I've used BMS, once for a hot water heater issue and once for an HVAC issue. Both times, they got back to me immediately, they were there the day of, and got things resolved quickly. I highly recommend them.

The motor in our heat pump went out. Another company installed it. They ended up doing it incorrectly. We called BMS. The owner came and got us a new motor and fixed it quickly at a cheaper price than the other company. That was 2 or 3 years ago. Been working great since! He also went next door to my daughter’s house and fixed their heat as well. I would definitely call them when needed !

Edit: Andrew, the gentleman who came to address the issue my AC was having was great, he was kind and patient with all my questions, he answered them the way I would understand and he fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Will definitely go with this company again in the future.
We had our free inspection for our yearly cleaning when we signed up last fall. They came and checked over our unit and fix a leaking part inside our AC unit and replaced a part in our blower that was going out. Very happy with the service!

Brian was exceptionally accommodating, professional and conscientious. He was sensitive to my unique needs- working to schedule the visit to work for us both. He was here the day immediately following the repair need call and quickly identified and remedied the problem. He had a mask and took care with distancing. Others have commented that the service call fee was a little steep. I suppose It to be reasonable by today’s standards and if you want warranted, reliable outcomes. He kept me informed as to what was needed and the anticipated cost. In reality, it is worth the cost. I would most definitely recommend BMS HVAC and Brian. Thank you Brian

20 degrees outside and our heat pump died. Called Brian @ BMS came out an installed a new unit in the freezing cold. They spent several hours in the cold but the new unit is running like a charm and our house is once again toasty.

BMS is our go to company for our plumbing and light electrical needs. We can’t say enough good things about their outstanding service. Brian and his staff are consummate professionals. BMS is a great choice for for heating and cooling. My air conditioning unit went out during the hottest part of the summer and BMS was there in just a few days, as well as providing portable units until they could come. They've since been back to check on my unit once cold weather hit. The gentleman doing the work were professional, hardworking, and friendly. It doesn't hurt that they also have the best prices around.

We had BMS Heating and Cooling replace our hot water tank. We had quotes and scheduling timeframes from 3 other companies and they were fair priced and could come the next day! They even offered to go to Home Depot, buy the water tank and bring it with them to our house. The two men who came arrived on time and were very professional. Our installation went smoothly and they did outstanding work. I will most definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

Brian and Andrew were amazing! There estimate was very detailed and informative. The installation was smooth and quick. I had an issue with the unit that evening, but Brian responded immediately when I texted him with pictures at 7pm. The guys were out the next day to fix the issue. They had to order a part and it was installed in the next 48 hours. I am very impressed with the service and communication.

Brian and his crew have been out to our home several times over last two years to do general AC maintenance, install water heater and install new heating & cooling unit that crashed on us this year. I’ve had other folks out for estimates and repairs in years prior and they don’t come close to the service, professionalism and prices that BMS has been able to provide. Brian’s support staff of Brant, Ian and Andrew are top notch and make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of their job before leaving the home. These guys are trustworthy, knowledgeable and courteous young men which is exactly what you want when someone comes into your home to work. For those shopping for a new HVAC unit, BMS heating & cooling were significantly less expensive than the six HVAC dealers I received estimates from. The installation was done in a prompt and professional manner. Highly recommend BMS for those that do their research and expect the best bang for the buck.

After much research and frustration with the lack of call backs, I saw BMS parked at a neighbors house and decided to give them a try. From the 1st call I was impressed with how quickly Brian Breck contacted me. My assessment was quickly scheduled and he presented himself as the true professional he is. I received my quotes quickly and the price was the cheapest I had found anywhere. Everything was done hassle free through email and I was scheduled for installation in no time. The installation crew were the best! Friendly and very courteous. By the time they finished I felt like we were all old friends. My units work great and I am completely satisfied with the job they did as well as the clean up and follow up to make sure all was well. I will recommend these guys to anyone I know and will definitely use them for any other needs in the future.

BMS replaced my heat pump and air handler in May 2019. My system has worked exceptionally well until the capacitor failed (capacitor failure is very common on all systems) in December 2024. I contacted BMS and Brian replaced the capacitor under the Carrier warranty.

I had a section of pvc pipe that froze and burst during a cold spell. I'm 73 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis and tried to fix it myself but had a few leaks I couldn't fix. I called BMS and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. Did a good job and great guys to deal with. Thanks.

I would definitely recommend! The job was completed quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the work they did. The price was much more affordable compared to other local heating and cooling companies, that charge over double what BMS charges.
