He called back on a Sunday when nobody else would, started the job immediately as an emergency when everyone else said two weeks. I give five stars for that.

Mr. Osborne did good work at my house and was an honest and friendly plumber. I will us him again.

Mr Osborne is a life saver ! He answered his phone and came to our home on Christmas eve after a huge clog in first bathroom going into tub and few days of trying everything ourselves even snaking ! The night before Christmas Eve our 2nd bathroom started backing up in tub also leaving us and our 3 kids without anyway of using the bathroom! He came out that morning as promised on time and he NEVER gave up working for 5 hours !He will be back on Monday after the weekend to put in a main sewage clean and also put my toilet back on cause we needed some parts (minor things) We have a working bathroom as of now for the time being and are blessed 🙌 😇 🙏

Troy was able to come and help us when other plumbers weren’t (and some didn’t even call back at all). He quickly figured out the problem and got to work on solving it. Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Do not recommend this plumber. Had him repair a drain pipe that came loose below a master bathroom upstairs, less than a year after a “repair” it came loose again and flooded a ceiling.
Also while he was here repairing it, he “forgot” that the drain pipe was not connected and let the water run in the bathtub once again flooding the ceiling and the downstairs room.

Beware! Mr. Osborne came to my house to clear out a clogged drain. First, the snake he brought broke so he had to go rent a different one. He apparently selected the wrong size, so he had to return to the rental business a second time to get a different one. He NEVER located the clog; instead, after a few successful flushes of the toilet and running the shower for a few minutes, he declared the problem fixed. He presented me with a hand-written bill on a tiny piece of paper for $500. When the check touched his hand, he somewhat proudly told me that he, "only guarantees his work until he backs out of the driveway." Within 12 hours I had raw sewage pouring out of my downstairs bathroom, bubbling out of the toilet and spewing out of the bathtub. I immediately called Mr. Osborne. He defensively told me that he had fixed the problem and that he does not guarantee his work. He offered to return, but he would charge me for another house call. Obviously I refused. I called a different company and they had the issue completely resolved in 15 minutes and charged me 1/3 of the price that Mr. Osborne did. It has been a month and our clog problem has been completely resolved thanks to the quality work of the other plumber who obviously possessed the skill, equipment, and expertise that Mr. Osborne lacks. I am so outraged that I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.
