Our air conditioner wasn't working at 4:30 on the Wednesday before the HOT 4th of July weekend and they came within 10 minutes of calling them on their way home to fix our issue. We were very grateful for the quick service! Would highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I hired Brad's Mechanical Service and worked with Jake the Manager on a project in Leon, WV. I am located in Florida and Jake did everything needed in order to make sure that I always knew what was going on while his crew was working. They sent me pictures and daily updates and even finished the project AHEAD of schedule. This house was not an easy job and they made it seem effortless. I highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs.

Nathaniel was very professional and let us know what repairs were needed, their potential cost and pros and cons of repair. He did not just come in and say we needed a new unit. When we asked about a new unit, he asked questions to determine what type of unit would work best for us. Did not try to sell a specific brand or size of unit.

Our heat went out last night, so I made a call to Point Heating and Cooling. They had someone there within a couple of hours and were able to get our unit up and running. I am very thankful for their work and their professionalism.

Extremely satisfied with their service and their responsiveness during this heat wave. They checked for part warranties and were honest with their pricing. This was a blessing as we were qouted elsewhere for over twice as much.

Replaced gas service line, installed new meter in a different area and connected to existing plumbing in crawl space. Also installed a new gas hot water heater.
The project was handled very professionally from start to finish.
My questions and concerns were all answered. The cleanup on the job was completed and the entire job was done in a timely fashion by Brad and his crew. I would highly recommend Point Heating & Air and would most surely use them again if needed.
