Jared was able to diagnose and resolve the issue with our furnace fast and had the heat back on in no time. He was professional and had our best interests in mind. Didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. Nice to know there's still businesses out there that put their customers satisfaction ahead of their profit margins. My a/c wasn’t working and Jared was dispatched within 24 hours to assess my issue. Professional and thorough assessment of my problem and good guidance and information when I asked him about a replacement unit. I need a new a/c, but I trust Boldts for their recommendations, service and technician knowledge and expertise.

Jared was great. He was clear and concise and walked us through everything during our AC and heating tuneup. He was also very good about setting up a new smart thermostat. He also set us up to get a part replaced so we don't run into issues later. Will definitely recommend Boldt's to friends and family. Thank you for everything.

We had an old electric tank water heater converted to gas and replaced with a new tankless heater. Boldt's got us on their schedule quickly, did a fantastic job with the install, and the whole project was significantly less expensive for a better unit than quotes from other plumbers. I couldn't recommend them more!

Jared was nice and respectful. He did a good job communicating what the problem is and what the next steps were. He also spent time explaining to me things about our furnace I did not know. Before he left he made sure it was safe for our family by checking for carbon monoxide exposure, and ensured the tubes were clean so our furnace could get us through until our new one arrives.

Jared did a great job, both with the initial estimate to run a new gas line to our kitchen stove; and with the actual installation. He is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about his work.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Boldt’s. They have done routine and emergency work on our heating/AC, and installed our oven. They come on time and have always been friendly and efficient. Jared K. was out recently to help us with our heater and he did a great job! 10/10 recommend.
