Had to call for 'emergency' service last night. Furnace wouldn't run and the house was down to 60 degrees. Kevin made it out in about an hour and had the flame sensor cleaned and the furnace working in about 30 mins. I couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism and quality of work.

Steve did a great job. I contacted another plumber who told me that nothing could be done to fix the knocking pipes and lack of hot water in my shower. Steve identified the problem immediately and fixed it. My shower works great, and Steve is my new plumber. Thank you, Steve!

We hired USA Heating, Cooling and Plumbing to assist us with a kitchen remodel. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, got everything done on schedule, and the cost was reasonable.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case, I wanted to make an exception.

I used USA Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric's plumbing services earlier this year. I had a complicated project where I wanted to replace my sink, and keep in place my existing granite countertop. Most companies I spoke to said that this was impossible or something that they would not do whatsoever. Steve at USA emailed with me about the details of what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to pick out the right products that would work in my space. He helped me think through the project beginning to end. The result has been spectacular! I was able to replace our double sink with a single, install new hardware, and install a filtered water tap. Everything went smoothly and was fast and under budget. Steve really went above and beyond! I will definitely work with this company again in the future.

Hot water heater from another vendor failed and Steve made every effort to hasten the install of a new one after discussion of the current situation. I am a new customer and Steve tried to schedule install ASAP and even hand delivered the new heater the next morning. Steve tried to schedule install for next day but that fell through but he was able to fit me in 2 days later, earlier than first thought. Steve kept in contact to keep me apprised of the install. Install went great and hot water has been restored.

USA plumbing services used for many re do work from previous plumbers. Manager Steve was prompt, kind, patient with my concerns. Their Master plumber Tom is absolutely the best around. Fixed leaking toilet correctly, an old shower that didn't have hot water, and got our washing machine to also use hot water. All these things were addressed prior by other plumbers. Steve also noticed our hot water heater pipes were not to code and Tom re did those and pipes that fed it and the shower. I can say after 20 years of plumbing repairs i finally found a plumbing company i truly trust. Reasonable prices too! Thank you team!

We had USA replace our sump pump, garbage disposal and a hose bibb. They were here in a timely manner, were friendly and easy to work with and were very knowledgeable. They did a very good job. They even took the time to explain to me how to clean the floor drain in the garage. I did it the next day with no problem. I would recommend them.

Great service, great prices

Whoever was driving the white company vehicle on Alico at 2:53pm today needs to go back to driving school to learn not to do a u-turn on a flashing yellow into oncoming traffic.

Poor experience. Brand new AC unit broke 3 times in 3.5 years. 12 days wait for an appointment then they cancelled day of. Not upfront about costs with most recent repair (actual cost almost double what was quoted). Owner would not return our calls. Would not recommend their services.
