Alex is a wonderful technician. He was very professional and willing to take the time to answer my many questions. Such a delight to have in my home and respond to my need for understanding what was happening with my washer.

Jerry came out to look at our oven, which wasn't heating properly and had a dial broken off. After informing us that the dial would be in the following week, Jerry actually made a return trip to our house later that same day to drop it off. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and his service went above and beyond.

We are very pleased with the careful attention we received when contacting Kelbachs. Alex, the technician, was timely, knowledgeable, kind, and able to answer our questions. He did not mind there was commotion in the house and curiosity for what he was doing from our children. We highly recommend Kelbachs and Alex was outstanding! Thank you for getting our dryer up and running for a busy family quickly!

Refrigerator went out a month after buying a house. The home warranty sent kelbachs to fix it. After 5 minutes the tech told me the compressor went out however they dont replace them which doesnt make much since being an appliance repair company.

I scheduled an appointment because our GE dryer needed to me fixed. I looked on the website and it states that you fix GE model dryers. I also stated in the appointment of what kind of unit it is and that it is a GE model. The tech came out and said that he couldn’t fix it because the GE repairman have a machine that can look to see what’s wrong. He said he probably doesn’t have the part to fix it anyway and it’s a lot of work to open up the machine to see what’s wrong without knowing what is actually wrong. Now I have to probably wait another week or two because of my work schedule to get it fixed. Absolutely will never be using your company again. If your techs cannot fix a GE model then take it off your website!

Washer wouldn't drain. I pulled the back off and disconnected the water to see if I could see If there was an item stuck. I quickly realized I should leave the job to a professional. Called my warranty company. They dispatched Kelbach Appliance. I was not home but my mother was. She stated the tech pulled a piece of cloth that was stuck out of the washer drain. She asked if he was going to put the washer back together? He stated he didn't have to since it was apart upon arrival. That tells me he didn't test to confirm it was working properly. So I put it back together and level it. Now the rinse cycle sounds like an airplane ready to take off. I call the warranty company and explain the 5tech didn't complete his job. I requested a new company. They say that don't have any other companies they work with in my area. So Kelbach comes back. Ma tells him what's happening with the washer. He's downstairs for awhile doing his thing. He comes back upstairs and tells my mom he needs to order parts and to have a good weekend. No explanation to what's wrong. No tentative date he's going to return. It's now 2 weeks without a washing machine. My household has 3 adults and a 3 year old. I now use the laundry mat to wash our cloths in my opinion due to the negligence of Kelbach Appliance.

This company was sent by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher. They ended up telling my warranty company there was no problem when CLEARLY I showed their technician a broken control panel button.

In this situation, Kelbach appliance avoided doing any work just to make the warranty company happy instead of honestly fixing my problem and making me, the customer happy.

A clear conflict of interest. I would never recommend this company for anything

This company is a total rip off. They were sent to my home by my warranty company to fix my washer and dryer. The tech did no diagnostic. He turned the washer and dryer on, walked around my house and said there was no issue.

Tech was unprepared, had no tools, and look like they picked him up off a street corner. He appeared unqualified, not trained, and customer service skills were terrible. Avoid at all cost. I strongly recommended to my warranty company to remove them from their list. They informed me they've had several complaints on this company. Once again, avoid at all cost.
